Only 1 guy working, but no customers inside. I've been looking for Bali vapes closer to my house, but no one seems to carry them. I told the guy I don't care for the Fume brand everyone carries, so he directed me to Lost Mary. I'm very pleased with the choice and flavors. He was incredibly helpful and polite. The pricing is about the same as I would normally pay for my usual Bali brand. Hoping these things last just as long.

The vapes are fake and costumer services is awful. I bought 3 vapes and 2 of them weren't working and they refused to give me a refund or a replacement. DON'T BUY ANY VAPES FROM THIS PLACE.

Great place for your vaping needs. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Prices are also great, they aren't overpriced like some of the other vape stores in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

I love this smoke shop! Kay Kay aka Kayla is the absolute best. I LOVE her!! She got me hooked up with a Zig Zag sign for my fun room and I also got incense that last way longer than the other stores. I will be back again next week when Kay is back to shop. ?

I have shopped here on multiple occasions. Today I bought a Fume Blue Razz infinity. It tasted a lot different from the ones I normally get so I checked it on fume.com and entered the SKU. Fume determined this is not an authentic FUME product. I contacted the store at 904-619-2251(the number listed on the site) and advised the cashier of the situation after less than 10 minutes of me buying the product. No refunds. No exchanges. The only thing he kept saying is "they are real." This isn't the first time I have thought a product was different when buying from this store but this is the first time I actually checked. They were completely unapologetic and not helpful at all. If you choose to buy here I recommend checking the product while in store! They don't care about the customer's health or safety. They want a quick buck at anyones expense.

Juice price is reasonable, coils are insane was buying 5 packs online for $12 here they are $7 a peice, that said they usually have what your lookin for but yeah no refunds/returns so I'd probably buy mods elsewhere if your afraid of getting a dud
