They used to have a nice selection of CDs and DVDs but on my visit they hardly had any CDs or DVDs and the few they had were extremely overpriced, Walmart has a better selection. The store is selling more trinkets than things For Your Entertainment

Just found out this company has been charging me $12 a month for membership for over 2 years. Was not told there was a monthly fee when I signed up. This should be illegal.

BUYER BEWARE. The staff here are not honest and transparent. They asked her to sign up for their rewards and didn’t disclose they would be charging an extra $12 a month for their subscription and we just saw since December they’ve been charging the $12 a month. We have made contact with corporate for a refund.

The stuff in the store is great but BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING for a discount regarding magazines it’s a scam and you have to pay a monthly fee. They tell you that you can cancel whenever and you call and cancel and then they lose record that you canceled and you will get three random payment charges to the card you used even after you canceled your subscription. It’s not a discount system it’s a scam and The customer service in order to cancel is absolutely awful and the hoops you have to go through is ridiculous. I canceled in the beginning of December and I am still fighting this in Feb and have disputed charges with my bank. Ridiculous.The employee who sold me on the “vip pass “ also failed to inform me that this was a paid subscription.

I've been coming here for years and the prices just keep going up. $45 for a squishable mini is absolutely insane and the whole store is priced similarly outrageously.

Fun store. Can usually find some interesting stuff in here. Would be 5 stars except the people working there could be a little more friendly. A lot of times they come across as rude.

Has a great selection of merch and other fun thing like plushies, snacks, shirts yet all of it is overpriced. That's not even the issue though, the employees are typically hit or miss. I've had one good interaction with an employee, the rest are extremely rude and narcissistic. It's a fun store to look around in, but be careful where you stand or else you might get yelled at for being in the wrong spot.

They have some neat stuff depending on what you’re looking for. I like their Japanese soda. However, when they offer you a membership for the store, it is actually a paid one. The employee I spoke to did not make this clear but thankfully I thought to check my email and bank statement afterward. Cancelling it was a pain though, which is obviously intended. In general, be wary that you will be misled in regard to this. Other than that however, it’s nice enough to shop at.

This store is a Big part of a scam first they charge a subscription fee to the store so they can send coupons for you to buy items from the store THE BIGGEST PART OF THE SCAM this store has their subscription attached to a magazine company which charges $14.00 the magazine NEVER is sent to the customer SHAME ON YOU FYE STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS
