Stock issues year round, shirts are always ever smalls and mediums, if in stock at all for a design, and its hard to find games released this year, which is a massive problem for a game store

Theres a woman that works cashier here. I was looking inside a xbox game and she thought that I was trying to steal some stupid code inside of the game case. Horrible false accusation. You dont get paid enough to do all dat. leave me alone. Period

All the stories you hear about how miserable GameStop employees are will come true at this location. Got met with rude and condescending behavior from Trever (he/him) when I declined signing up for the pro rewards membership while trying to trade in a console for another; tried to wait out an update my system had just for him to be rude once again about declining the membership and state that my choice just didn’t make sense to him. This is beyond unacceptable behavior for minimum wage employees to try a high pressure sale tactic for lackluster consoles sold by greasy little men

This is by far the worst GameStop in town the people that work there are extremely rude and will constantly try to sell you something even after repeatedly saying no. I get that they get extra pay and stuff but it gets annoying and I come here a lot and it’s always a hassle having to decline over and over again about certain things. However the last time I went to this store the colorful haired rude employee greeted me and my girl when we walked in and I gave her a wave and she said in a very sarcastic manner “hello to you too” as if I didn’t just acknowledge her greeting. Very weird interaction and like I said I come here a lot and it’s like this every time. This lady has a bone to pick with the customers that come here and it’s best to just got to the other gamestops in Jacksonville. The one on beach and Hodges by target is much better.

I went in for a simple warranty exchange. I was greeted by Shane and quickly assisted. Shane helped me with all my questions and needs. Not only that, Shane also discussed upcoming games and PC gaming with me. It was a genuine conversation and made me feel valued as a customer. I didn't feel like just another transaction in Shane's day. Employees like Shane are the reason I continue to take my business to Gamestop and I really hope Shane gets recognition. I highly recommend Gamestop and this location specifically due to Shane's expert customer service.

So pleased with the service received at this store. The manager (Shane), as per the badge went out of her way to source the Logitech G923. Her store was sold out but she made the extra effort to check which store had it, found the last one in Jacksonville. So pleased to have got the last one thanks to Shane, she is a star. Thanks for being so helpful and offering friendly service. Appreciate the effort

Sold me a full price console without any cords, just console and one controller.Inquired about it, I was told they don't have the cords and was told it was marked as defective after buying it and calling the store back, the console works, but they did not inform me of missing cords when purchasing and charged me the full price of the console. I was also told just to bring it back for a refund, but that's not the point. Why sell something as full price when it doesn't have all the required material and then not disclose this to the customer. Unprofessional.

If you’re going to pick any GameStop; pick this location. They actually care and are so helpful. My headphones were malfunctioned and a previous location (southside, you suck) refused to do anything. Thank you for exchanging broken headphones. You guys are awesome
