I have always loved GameStop, because I had 2 kids that played Gameboy, Playstation one, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, the Xbox, Xbox two, then Xbox 360, so they had all the games that came out, you could pre order, and they would have sales on games my kids wanted. They had gifts that were from game's they played too, like Pokémon and more. It was easy to find stuff at Christmas time too! Great game store!

Zero Stars.I was conned out of $10 by this location. I was sold a broken "from our GameStop refurb factory" PS5 controller. Came back for an exchange. They didn't have a white version, so they gave me a gift card with the amount on it. Went to another location to purchase the white used controller again with the gift card, now the used white controllers are $10 more. Called this location and the manager tells me to get effed after explaining the situation. Don't give them any of your money, go to a local used game store, don't support these idiots lol. They're going under and will never learn why....

I bought a cable that supposed for the ps5 but it was the ps4. I thought it would be easy exchange however I was wrong. The gentleman at the counter said with out a receipt I could not return, exchange or get store credit. He said corporate changed the policy no receipt no return or anything. I said it was on my Amex and I showed him where and when I bought it and he said sorry you would have to call corporate. The kicker was the cable I needed was more expensive! It was only $10 buck so I just left and I will never shop at GameStop ever an again.

I traded in 6 ps5 controllers on 9.25.23 because the controllers are not charging and purchased a new one. On 9.30.23 had to exchange the new controller for another new one because of the same issue. I just fell out of the return window. The manager could not help. I've been going to gamestop since late 90's. Every year, I buy 3-5 games faithfully, every year. And because the manager did not approve of the exchange, I went to Walmart and bought a couple of the controllers and a docking station (all on sale). Gamestop, lost a customer for life. Sometimes you have to make things right. Think about that at the next corporate meeting on why y'all going under.

Honestly, Ive had many good experiences here before. Always willing to engage in conversation.I was in today alone and they were doing some training for new recruits. Instantly they asked if i was looking for anything specific then continued to let me know where i can find everything in that genre!I was able to find everything without hesitation.The reason for this review is mainly for Ashley (the manager) and her new recruits (taylor and i didnt get the other ones name sadly!) but they were all so kind and courteous and the smile's definitely helped me get comfortable. Thank you for the help guys! This is our new #1 gamestop stop! Haha.

GameStop can be a little tough to love at times, but Dani at this location was so patient and kind to us and helped us walk through our questions and helped me better understand ways to best use my pro membership.Take advantage of the extra trade in credit for pros during pro weeks!

Incredibly obsolete business model. Do people really go in-store to physically purchase games, consoles, VR systems, etc. with ZERO RETURN POLICY?? Realize this; if you are still making purchases from GameStop in 2023 and beyond, you are behind the curve. Most reasonable people purchase their games, consoles, and VR headsets on Steam, where there is a TWO WEEK (14 DAY) return policy on EVERYTHING! That absolutely includes used condition VR headsets. I personally have purchased a Valve index VR system off of Steam, enjoyed it for two weeks (before I realized that particular model wasn’t to my specifications), then returned it with ZERO issues whatsoever. You WILL NOT by any means receive the same treatment at GameStop. As soon as you open anything at all you’re SOL and they will laugh in your face when you try to bring it back in. Buy your games and try them for two weeks on steam and you can still return then no problem. That goes for everything on their website. GameStop, you are worthless!!

I'm so impressed by this store! I called in advance and they answered immediately and told me what was in stock. When I drove to the store the manager was great. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She helped me pick a great game, handled my return easily. I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

This place deserves a negative rating. It isn't the store's fault, but this was the location I was supposed to pick it up from. I placed an online order to pick up from the store on 8/19/2023, it processed and thanked me for my order, it even showed up on my bank account the next day. I was supposed to get an email stating when to pick it up, but never did & my online account showed no orders so I called the store to see what happened they couldn't find my order, but said several calls were coming in for the same thing & that I needed to call customer support.Today, I finally got through after waiting longer than the less than 2 minutes recording to be told that my order never processed & they can't give me the same 20% off promotion since it ended already, but they did see my total of $49.55 that was attempted on the sale.They had glitches in their online system & now as the customer I'm having to pay for their system failures because they REFUSE to give me the 20% off now!!! If there was an error with the purchase info then my order wouldn't had been completed at the time of checkout nor would it had showed up on my bank account.As a first time customer ever having to attempt to buy anything from your store is a terrible experience and super unprofessional of your company to act as if I'm asking for more than the discounted price and you should've been able to accommodate me as the customer for your online system problems instead of acting like it is my fault.

I really can’t believe people shop at gamestops. ZERO RETURN POLICY.Shop at Bestbuy like an intelligent person so you get a 14-day warranty no matter what. GameStops are OBSOLETE.

I almost always intermittently had problems here from the get-go because every time I tried to buy an M17+-rated game when I was younger they always I.D. me and the problems would escalate not only that, but certain employees like Taylor were very mean female employees here I don't like her nor do I like the other black lady employee that used to work here either. However, David is super nice!The "power to the players" slogan doesn't feel like it's there anymore because the players don't have a lot of options, and the store managers at most GameStops only care about money rather than the customer's experience. Trust me, I went here for (many years) and used to always like them now I'm kinda of mixed. Plus, GameForce here in Mandarin is better to a degree because they sell retro games but unfortunately they [SHUT DOWN] back in (2012) because they couldn't outdo GameStop which blows...This GameStop isn't all that bad, If you are looking for a quick local game store nearby can't say this one went all out with Funkopop action figures just yet, [laughs] I did go here with my then-friend a while back and he couldn't find "Pacific Rim for Xbox 360" so apparently they didn't have it!Edit: So apparently David doesn't work here anymore, and neither does Taylor or the other black employee that I mentioned prior in my review but Lucy (who I think is new) is super nice as well.

Was sold a sealed collectors edition without the season pass/digital content slip. Was told there was nothing they could do to help me, and I should contact the video games company myself. They wouldn't accept a return because the box is open even though it's missing content and pretty much said it's a collectors edition so I'm out of luck. The customer service line also said I'm out of luck and sorry for what it's worth. Out 30-40$ worth of merchandise, and they did almost nothing to help me. I'm getting all my games from ebay/amazon/bestbuy now. Worst costumer experience I've ever had, not surprised they're doing so poorly financially.

Made a phone call today for some basic information on pricing. I then received a ridiculous amount of attitude from whatever young lady answered the call. Felt like I was speaking with a fast food worker that hates their job. Not very helpful or informative, just sassy and childish.

They never answer the phone. Today alone, I’ve called them 5 time cuz for some reason they canceled my pro membership. I was notified via an email. And I can’t get them on the phone. I’ve been shopping at this location for years and years. How hard is it to answer the phone

I showed up at 5pm when she denied me entry forher break. It's now 620. I went to Wal-Mart and sat down at jersey mikes next door. She isn't back. Ill get the family switch on Amazon. Best of luck Gamestop
