To be newly opened, the wash is fantastic, BUT their vacuum cleaners SUCK. Very, low suction. Also, I don't understand why a whole row of vacuum cleaners was out sat sept 28. There were no blue cones out...

I do inspections on the car wash industry and I am very happy to say this is the best one out of 20 in jacksonville florida. Very clean,every thing looked to be working. The inspection did not turn up one item that could puncture a tire which is the first time with most car washes revealing at least 20 or more objects. I know this is a newer car wash but as of now I give it a five-star rating and I do recommend it if you plan on not getting an object stuck in your tire.

Went to get car wash and there was a car at each kiosk - both waiting on attendant (I was waiting behind one of them). After about 3 minutes of everyone sitting there two employees came strolling out with their drink cups and cell phones in hand without a care in the world. Each went to a kiosk to try and help the customers. I finally just reversed out of the car wash and left. There were no other customers there at all so I can’t imagine why it took them so long to help.

I was going through the car wash at the St. John's Town Center and it had trouble reading my license plate. One of the workers came out and tried to help, but asked me to come in because he couldn't find my account attached to my license plate. Then I was inside and I tried to solve it, but they kept saying that there was no account. Another car on the account went through the wash a little after and had no problem going through. I went back inside and Devin had the nerve to tell me that the other car on the account did something different. He had said that she paid and put in her license plate. Even though me and 2 other people witnessed her go right through and not open her window. He persisted on that is what she did and was not listening to what I had to say. At this point I was done with their incompetency and ended up leaving because they were not going to listen or work with me to solve it. Even though I had a bad experience with the other 2 workers there was one worker that was willing to help and let me go through the car wash. I unfortunately wasn't able to catch his name, but the star is for his help and understanding. I will have to think twice about going back to this particular location.

They don't have windex and rags which is common now a days. Their wash was adequate at best. No air freshener provided. There are plenty reviewS stating they damaged their cars. I wanted to try their 10 dollar a month plan, I couldn't do it at the kiosk. I would have to go in. They are just as expensive as other places. I don't recommend it.

So this weekend after taking my Ford Explorer through the car wash my roof antenna was ripped off. And I have been through this car wash many times. My antenna is permanently mounted to my roof with nine screws after talking to the claims department and corporate they pretty much tell you to kick rocks. Just know if this happens to you and there was no reported incident of a malfunction of the car wash that day you’re on the hook for this repair.

The gas station was nice. The carwash was okay. It was one of the older ones where you drive thru and park. There was a long line of cars waiting, so there must have not been one that was close around, but it got the job done. Just wanted the pollen off of the car.

The store was easily accessed right from the freeway. It was clean and well organized. It also smelled really nice. All the employees were easy to find and helpful. Stephany was especially friendly and efficient. The selection of items was also really good. It was a pleasant stop for us.

Everything in the bathroom is clean, smells nice, and touch free (aside from the doors). The gas prices are amazing, and the staff are spectacular. They have a frozen yogurt area, the aisle are nice and organized, and lots of options are presented. The food tastes great and they have fresh fruit.

This Gate location is clean, well stocked with snacks and the bathrooms . Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Convenient to my job!! Clean store , always fully stocked!! Also has a drive thru car wash!!, close to UNF..and 295!!
