My car looks fantastic and the vacuums are perfect. Not so hard that they pull the mats, just the right amount so that’s why I go there.

I've been a member of the car wash club for over a year now, but I'm thinking about cancelling my membership. The "upgrades" they made seem to be ineffective. My vehicle isn't dry when coming out of the car wash and failed to remove bug debris and bird droppings after two consecutive washes (they let me go again after the first wash didn't get the job done). They also do not provide towels like other car wash places in town offer. The only benefit of going to this location is it's close to home for me, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend any Gate Express car wash locations.

Great car wash that does a good job. The only gripe I have, is I wish they furnished window cleaner, de-greaser, and washable car rags to apply these items with.
