Cashier screaming and cursing absolutely unnecessary
My fiance and I were trying to put gas and the cashier ( woman with long red braids) came out screaming at my fiancé because there was a spill on the floor that he didn’t notice and she came out screaming and cursing at us because we didn’t notice the spill and couldn’t pump gas there when there was a sign or anything

Good place to fuel up close to Jacksonville University. The pumps are usually packed and there is a short wait. Great place to grab last minute snacks & drinks! The staff is always friendly...

I go here for the occasional roller food and energy drink before work, sometimes a fuel up. The morning staff is always so very friendly and nice. It’s almost always the same people every morning.
Nothing extraordinary about it, well stocked, never really see any empty shelves.

I went to the gas station this morning to get coffee, walk up to the register and a young African-American woman working the register, while I'm standing there I've put my coffee on the counter, she's steadily having conversation with the woman at the other register, finally when she stops talking, she just stands there, instead of telling me it's $2.14? I had to ask her how much and she goes it's right there, pointing at the credit card machine.She was very rude, didn't say nothing more to me. There was no reason for her to have an attitude like that. If she's trying to get rid of customers? she's doing a good job!

Honestly speaking Gates it's made me feel like I was being incriminated for something and made me feel uncomfortable and if it was up to me I will never ever go to Gates North shop at their convenience center the training center was highly inappropriate and made me feel like they were trying to incriminate me and honestly I will never in my life shop nor work at Gates so my rating for Gates petroleum it's negative zero and the impression that the people are there for are not for what you expect they put the fakeness on the air and knowing that they don't want to be there inappropriate and unprofessional

I went into your store and became very faint. The attentive staff saw I was having a problem and immediately responded offering me a seat and asking if I had anyone with me. As it turned out because I was wearing a face mask on a very muggy day I was oxygen deprived and recovered after a few minutes. I wish to commend your staff for their prompt, professional and very genuine concern for my welfare. Thank you and God bless you.
