I came in and bought 1 item came to 3.24 the cashier asked if i wanted my change. I could understand if it was 3.99 but 3.24, i thought that was odd.

The tall light complextion bearded African American gentleman working at 5pm on Sunday march 9th 2025. Helped me and my son. From the moment we walked in i have never had a warmer greeting. Not at chik fil a not at Ruth's chris, not at Houstons. Just a true genuine human grateful to be alive and say hello. That guy needs to hold a seminar on customer service. It wasn't fake it wasn't phony it wasn't forced. We got our things he ushered me over. He made sure I found everything didn't overdo the niceness. Was just happy courteous and friendly. Best experience I've ever had at Gate. Recognize that guy!

Best service and attitude from Theo at the front counter, I was presented with a very uplifting greeting from him as soon as I entered the building as well departure. Very professional and respectful.

I was sold out of date fruit the shelf life was today for the last day 08/28/24 and it smell like spoil milk I through it out and called the store the manager she told me if I kept a piece I would have receive a refund but being that I travel all day for work I wasn’t going to keep it in the car because of the smell. I think that’s pretty ridiculous I couldn’t get a refund or exchange I come here every morning .

This place change a lot lately. With this new girls every time I’m here I have to be waiting while they talk and have fun … these girls think they are the clients and not the employees… it’s totally a disrespectful behavior with us.

I try to support locally but today is the day I stopped using Gate for my company for my company and personal vehicles after decades of using them. The loyalty program is a scam since you can't use the discount at their non-working pumps which don't work even when they demand you pay inside prior to pumping.
