It was clean enough but no customer service. I asked the cashier what the prices for all the separate waters that were on display were and he said he thinks they are 6.99 or 7.99 prices but didn't know for sure. Then I asked someone else and she said she doesn't speak English so she told me to ask someone else. Then I asked that person and they said I don't know. I don't work in that department. I'm not going to fight to pay someone or a business for that matter. This is a constant issue with Gate gas stations these days. I'm not even sure why I keep coming to these stops.

Went to two pumps that didn't work. Chris came out to inform me they had a trouble ticket on them. He went above and beyond and gave me a free coffee for my troubles. He didn't have to do that but I appreciated it!

I was paying for my things and a lady came in using a cane clearly having trouble walking and the lady checking me out told her to hold for a second and she would help her, I've never seen that at another store chain ,you have great people

Terrible gas pumps and payment interfaces. They desperately need to do some maintenance and repairs so that people can actuslly pay at the pump. It's 2023 not 1987.

Kudos to ana this morning. She was such a sweet, and attentive person. She literally made my day. I love coming to this gate, but she was so kind, and accommodating it made the stop extra special!

This is an old Gate store location; I remember trying to steal hot dogs from here 20 years ago. It was after a long day of daydrinking and Hooter's. ha! The location of this store is in front of Gate Headquarters, so it has no choice but to be top notch. The store has all your convenience store essentials like blunt wrappers, malt liquor, condoms, lottery tickets, etc. They also sell gasoline; the price is in line with the other stores around. So if you looking at being intoxicated, fueling up your car, or just need a can of gas for other reasons then Gate is for you. Seriously the store has been remodeled in recent years and it stays pretty clean and the crew is always friendly.

This **************** (#**** *********************) put $375 in pending charges on my card because their pump failed to recognize my Vystar card. This was an issue at Gate as my card worked both before and after. Gate's corporate office admitted there was a technical issue at the pump that caused my card not to be recognized. I was unable to pump any gas. Even so, Gate placed $375 in pending charges on my card. My bank reports the charge will be reflected on my available balance for 4 calendar days. Having so much money on hold could easily result in overdraft fees for many people. Worse, the pending charges could leave some people with no available funds for 4 calendar days. No business should be able to put any funds on hold if their machines are unable to accept your card and no sale is made. To add insult to injury, when I called the ******** station at *********************************, the manager said (1) the fault is mine because I'm the one who used my card at their pump and (2) the fault is also the bank's as the bank is the one who is placing the funds on hold. Obviously, both explanations are patently false. It is Gate who is placing hundreds of dollars in holds for transactions that never go through to sale. My local Vystar reports they get at least four people a day coming into the bank with the same problem so this is a known and continuing issue. I own a small business and I assure you I would not be able to place hundreds of dollars in pending charges on a customer's credit card if they never even used my services. What makes gas stations so special and unique that they have the right to charge your card hundreds of dollars when there is no sale of goods whatsoever? This scammy practice needs to be legislated out of existence.

2 weeks in a row I’ve gone to the store at Durbin Park on a Sunday morning, around 7:30 and the coffee is over 2 hours old. Now, a week later I go to the store at 9b and US1 and they are out of large and medium soda cups.

Any time in this millennium will you allow your customers to pay debit for lotto? I go to CircleK or Speeedway to buy my lotto. Besides lotto, gas is the only other thing I come to a gas station for and what's the point of making 2 trips to 2 different gas station when I can do everything at 1? Get out the Stone age and let us gamblers start using our debit cards for lotto..
