Either TJ or JT according to the jacket is clueless to customer service . Apparently has no care if people steal out of the store either . But got frustrated when I asked to type in my rewards number, slamming my change into my hand. 8/25/25 at 4:25 PM.

The tall black lady man has a horrible attitude. She or he starred me down and threw my food and drinks around after I forgot my wallet and had to grab it from my car. Worst of the worst!

Gate associates are some of the least professional people I have ever met.
No warm greeting, definitely no “thank you for your business “ or “have a good day “
Just a cold stare and a look of “get out, you’re bothering me “
And is there even a dress code for associates?

This store went downhill since the new manager came in. It's dirty, no one greets you, some of the employees are rude or on their phone when the line is long. This USED to be my 'go to' store being it's close to my house, but not anymore. I hope they look into making changes, very disappointing.

Monday August 12th 8:45AM
Went in to buy a pack of cigarettes like i do everyday. There is a new guy behind the counter just standing there with a training badge on his shirt. Never said can i help you, just nothing! So i asked for a pack of cigarettes. This kid carded me. I'm 62 years old i said to him look I'm 62 years old i don't have my ID with me. Sorry can't help ya! He was so mad he was gritting his teeth. So i walked over to one of the other girls told her what happen she says, "I've told him not to do that with elder people. So as i walked out i asked him why do you card everyone. He responded " I don't, just some people. I'm was flabbergasted. So as I walked back to my car why me? Why would he card me? Then it came to me in the car, I was wearing a TRUMP shirt. They have a new promotion for hoist drinks, has a big sign on the double doors buy one get one free. Lady checking me out couldn't figure out what buy one get one free meant, even with the big sign in 10 inch letters. So I bought the usual Gatorade, two for five wasn't as difficult to figure out.

Came here from out of town (from Kansas City) and Harriet was a nasty, disrespectful associate. If you clearly don’t like your job, please find something that you are good at instead of being nasty to old ladies. You are the true opitame of a sour puss and you are in the wrong field. I hope your Manager has a conversation with you as I am appalled how you spoke to me, daring me to throw my drink on you? Shame on you! Here is the address of the store to avoid.
