I have been coming to this gas station for months since i moved and I have seen a variety of workers. BUT WHAT HAS CHANGED? I walked in last week and witnessed the Manager REBECCA YELLLING AT A STAFF MEMBER INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS! OUTLANDISH. Then yesterday 10/7/25 I was in line to check out and witnessed an outrageous act caused by a staff member wearing gray, I think I heard her name being called Becky. Sydney (which I love because she has always been sweet towards me) was working two cash registers with the store loaded with people, and I see the woman in gray walk around and get into conflict with Sydney it looked like to me the woman in gray did not want to work on the middle cash register for some reason making the line get held up even longer than what it should have been. Then she Proceeds to hop on one of the registers Sydney was working which is CRAZY IF YOU HAVE EVER WORKED AT A GAS STATION, I KNOW SYDNEY MUST HAVE BEEN UPSET BECAUSE SHE HAS TO WATCH HER MONEY IN THE DRAWER. I DONT KNOW WHY THE ONE IN GRAY COULD HAVE NOT JUST WORKED THE MIDDLE REGISTER. Then there was one time I had another female that goes by the name of Ginger give me the ugliest stank eye the entire time I was in the store and then gave me the ugliest attitude I have ever seen, and I felt VIOLATED. I shall not come back to this store until they figure out their staff and GET IT TOGETHER.

Gave up and went across the street to the 7 eleven when the cashier started to do lottery tickets.

Worst customer service ever! One particular young black lady always with an attitude always smacking on food or drinking something and acting as if I disrupted her somehow... multiple times turning buying one cup of coffee into a negative experience first thing in the morning. I've had enough of her and I will never stop at this location again!!

Nice and clean spot. Plus they have ethanol free gas. It's only 89 grade but better than nothing I guess. Would have been awesome if they offered 93 non-ethanol.

There has to be better employees in the world, that aren’t as rude and treat their customers like trash. I went in this afternoon to try to purchase something. I walked out with no purchase. Between the two people behind the counter and the ““ Manager, I was unable to purchase what I needed to. This has got to be one of the worst gas stations and all of Jacksonville 10 out of 10 do not recommend worst customer service ever drive the extra 3 miles and go to a different gas station where they actually care or you know go across the street. There are 1000 times better rude people.

Gas station is way better since they upgraded. But yall need to fix the Vacuums. They barely have any suctions and for being a newly renovated gas station, they should work properly . Esp when you’re paying $2-$3 to use it .

Newly built location. The old location was knocked down & this new style took its place. This is the first Gate that I have seen with half of the pumps split between both sides of the main building. I expect that would be based on the amount of space available from the expanded property footprint. Very spacious, every thing is shiney, new, and clean. There are 2 entrences into the property, which is very helpful. The covered patio has fans for the tables! I cant say for sure if I have seen that before, its a nice touch.

Nevermind. They're rebuilding it, but much bigger. ☺️

Currently (9/28/23) this is a vacant lot. I hope after the rebuild its a little easier to navigate. Very tight with just a pickup.
