SAVE YA TIME, YA MONEY, AND A HEADACHE, 3 times I’ve written that email with ZERO response. Will be filing for my lawsuit soon as Bridge Homes Jacksonville are shady and crooked. The image below is a GENERIC AUTOMATED RESPONSE. They can get away with it cause you can’t respond to their review. They don’t care to help their tenants, just read majority of the reviews, not just mine, from the past year. They just money hungry. BEWARE.

Do not Rent with Bridge Homes formerly GOAL Properties
I am a Honorably Discharged Disabled Veteran of the United States of America. We are often thrust into different cities and states aswell as countries. With this often erratic movement we rely on the testimonials or RECON of our Military Brothers or Sisters to help with "The lay of the land". i.e. good/bad auto repair, safe/inexpensive Day Care we even seek information about places of worship within our communities.
With that being said ,it is my Duty to forewarn my active and retired military families that we have an oppressor within our safe stateside waters.
Bridge Homes formerly GOAL Properties is a "No Fly Zone".
They're end of lease walk through will most certainly use the exact entirety of your deposits on items deemed "As-Is" when reported to office staff on move in. If by chance they already have their hooks in on you please keep tract of work orders and Dates and times and of course Identification of the unskilled unlicensed contractors that will be used.

My initial experience was wonderful! Ms Catty made my experience enjoyable as she was in high spirits, explained everything thoroughly, and made the process for me and my husband satisfactory!

I requested a phone call from Sheena, the manager, over a week ago in reference to an ongoing issue with the property I'm currently renting. Now that I've left a public review, you want to speak with me? You have my contact information already.
In January of this year, the property we're renting was broken into. BOTH doors were locked in. Bridges Homes stated they wouldn't be able to send anyone out until more than a week later. Of course we couldn't stay in a home with unsecured doors for that long. We hired our own contractor to repair the doors, and Bridges Homes was supposed to send someone out to completely replace the doors and the frames. That never happened due to them not wanting to pay. I have proof of this in the form of text messages from the contractor the hired to give a quote. The doors still haven't been replaced, but they're attempting to charge me for repairs they NEVER completed. RUN from these people.
Update: as of August 15th 2023 still no contact from ANYONE with this company.
Update:As of October 6th 2023, I still haven't received a call or email from ANYONE with Bridges Homes, in reference to this ongoing issue. I continuously receive automated emails, but nothing from an actual person. RUN from this company. They have a history of taking hard earned money from people. While they knowingly rent properties that need an great deal of repairs.

Overall this entire experience with Bridge Homes has been excellent, but Chatty Flournoy is a complete GEM of a property manager and exemplifies professionalism in all things. She is so helpful and compassionate, it added an entire other layer of comfort to an otherwise stressful experience. I would recommend Bridge Homes and more specifically renting under the supervision of Ms. Flournoy to anyone!

I originally rented from Goal properties 5 years ago. During our lease it was sold to Bridge Homes. We moved out 10 weeks ago and have been fighting for our deposit. The amount we were getting back or being charged has drastically changed multiple times now. Of my $1500 deposit they want to return less than $200. They originally were going to charge me $700 on top of keeping the deposit. They didn't even paint or fully clean the house for us when we moved in. (Pics and videos to prove it) I see they now have rerented the house and did no upgrades. I also have pics and videos from moving out showing the house in great shape, no damages.Renters beware. This company will turn their back on you very fast. Also, 450 sigsbee, the pipe in the front yard to the sewer is broken and they never wanted to fix it. Good luck, because it will back up into the tubs and sinks.
