Highway traffic slammed to a stop resulting in a large amount of water spilling in my car. Owen didn't have any kitty litter in stock at the Gate but was kind enough to have someone briefly cover the register so he could help me out with another solution. 5 star service. Thank you sir :)

The staff seem to have plenty of time to argue with each other than to pay attention to the customers, not all but several. Other times I can be standing right in front of the cashier and they are too busy on their cell phone to look up and help. When you interrupt them they seem very annoyed with you for doing so. It also seems to be a revolving door for new people in this location and very few know how to use the Lotto machines. I have given them more than one chance to correct themselves at this store but have been disappointed too many times.
