Fredita is a blessing. Even while I am canceling my insurance with them, she was pleasant and still wanted to make sure to make me know that I need to have another provider when my insurance stops. I just couldn't afford them anymore. Going from 277$ a month to 534$ for no reason was insane.

My husband just walked in to the office to ask a question and was welcomed.. when he ask the agent are you Gene Coleman he came over to him and said yes I am and hugged him . Now if that isn’t a family friendly place then I don’t know what to tell you . And let me just say that he has never met him before.

I have been trying to call an agent to transfer my insurance to a new agent and was having trouble getting them to answer. I called Gene Coleman’s office and my call was picked up on the first ring! Mary was very nice and made my transition so easy! Thank you so much!
