Dishonest dealership BUYER BEWARE!They held my deposit for almost 2 years and then lied tome about why I had my spot on the list. Thankfully I got my money back. I would have rather bought the car. I feel stupid letting them hold my 1000 bucks for almost 2 years.

They come across like predators to anyone that walks through their doors. I was told the price of an oil change was $120 and I couldn't opt out of the tire rotation that was "included" were military and were told we had 10% discount. When the woman we saw DIDI told us the discount was applied yet the price stayed at $120 we knew we were getting swindled. Save your breath. These jerks here also tried to scam us out of $600/Mos for a truck with less features than the z71 we got elsewhere with more features and more contract miles for $400. And srsly $120 for a half assed oil change. Might as well ask me to kiss their feet with that absurdity

Mike Constantine in Service took great care of me and made sure to answer all of my automotive issues and made it easy for me to get back on the road safely. I highly recommend the service department to anyone looking for help with their vehicle.

I had a replacement key made for an old Chevy Colorado truck. Amy was very helpful and kept excellent communication. The supervisor Mike did a good job getting the approvals and scheduling. I was in and out in less than an hour with no appointment. The key worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. The quality first rate. This is the place for your specialty key replacement! Thanks again.

There are so many things that I could list, from not rotating my tires properly, to not doing my oil change properly, messing up the locks and in my truck. They also put a Healy coil in the drain pan of my 2015. Then had the audacity to charge me $1000 to fix my truck. I would never ever recommend not only their service shop but their dealership as a whole they do not like getting negative reviews but I don't like getting my truck messed up either one of my trucks. Update, after having spoken to Justin Moore, the Owner's son. Mr. Moore informed me that because I gave them a negative review I was banned from using this facility, not sure why I would ever want to use them. The only person that I can think of that is worth dealing with there is Seth, he was always 100% upfront, and honest.I think that it is a sad state that instead of getting a negative review and taking the time to dig into what happened and making sure the customer is satisfied, Mr. Moore decided that it was better to send a person whom had purchased 2 vehicles and took 3 there for maintenance away for good. I understand that I am only one customer and that by not using their facility they will barely notice the loss of revenue but if they do not have a problem doing this to a person who has only used them for their maintenance for 8 years they will do it to everyone.

Took my car in for a recall notice. My ABS light was on and I assumed they would ask me about it and ask if they could fix it. They never mentioned it but did the recall work. Not very friendly and really too busy to talk to me about my vehicle.

My truck check engine light came on, took it to George Moore and was told to go inside someone would help me. After about 10 minutes of waiting one service advisor said are you waiting on something? I said Yes someone to help me, my trucks check engine light came on. He then looked at me as if it was killing him to have to get up to check my truck. He returned and said It has a code on it and it will be 7 days before we can work on it. I informed him that I was from out of town and had to return for work in 4 days and he said well we can't do anything for you. And that was the end of it, no lets see what we can do or anything. They don't have the time of day for customers.

They literally sold us a lemon. Bought a vehicle from here drove it for 1 month brand new vehicle and it was in shop for a month. We get it back same problems again with 3 wks took it back was ok for awhile then again in the shop for weeks. Went in and other people having the same issue contacted attorney general and it qualifies as a lemon. Do not buy from this place or maybe Chevy in general.

So, I would probably trust the reviews on here. I want to start with the good first: Augie Lussier, Kevin Blair, and Kevin Keitzer. All have been super nice and great to speak with when I did have my Chevy Sonic. George Moore should honestly keep them around for the sake of the business; great customer service on that front. The neutral: There isn't much in the way of inventory, but this is a worldwide problem and not exclusively them. Every dealership has low stock so if you're in the market and need something now, it's slim pickings. The god awful: My car started to smoke, I pulled over immediately, and coolant just completely blew out of the front and bottom of my car. The hose housing was completely shredded. I called their customer service and the lady on the phone told me that my car probably overheated because there was no coolant and I let her know that there was no coolant because the reservoir literally emptied just now and it took a minute to get to the service department. I finally got on the phone with Kevin Keitzer who i've talked to before and he's always nice. I was able to fill the car with coolant and clamp the hose to make it to the mechanic. This was June 21st. I get a call, "hose housing is messed up and need to replace" - cool, got it. The next day - "No, it's actually the fan and that'll be $450." Okay, fine. I get a call on the 24th (last Friday) - Everything looks good and they're taking it for a test drive. I get there. "Actually, it has a blown head gasket now and is $4,000............". I'm sorry...what? They let me know that it's probably been blown since Tuesday so they've just been test driving it each day and I guess the $125 diagnostic fee and mechanics didn't catch it which is BS. I've had and absolutely loved my car for 6 years. The issues were limited prior and it was my baby. I want to also state that this was my divorce car that I bought myself and paid off and it was also the car that my bulldog and I would always ride in/get nuggets in/roadtrip in before she passed and so it was very sentimental to me. I'm standing there completely lost and torn up about this news and within 5 minutes, a salesman comes in. Now, i'm still shocked because 30 minutes prior, I was about to pick up my car. Now, I have a $1200 bill and possibly $4,000 more, my car that I love is shot, and a salesman named Charles comes in and shakes my hand. He tells me that he has something for me that i'll love while i'm still in shock. He's pushy. I like a more relaxed approach and he was already pissing me off with $35k+ cars. Some white car then an SUV and I feel like i'm still reeling and he's acting so casual. I know the business is to sell, but being a bully and lacking empathy isn't it. Augie, who is also a salesman was very kind and actually listened to what I wanted - or what I could want. I always take at least 24 hours to make larger financial decisions anyway. I never buy the same day with even smaller purchases, but Charles kept pushing and pushing. I really like a Jeep Compass that they have/had, but that was really it for me personally but I just wasn't ready to commit. I kept thinking about it and I just wasn't ready. I made other appointments at different dealerships to see what was available, but nothing really made me comfortable or fit my price range. I came back and spoke with Augie and Kevin Blair this time. I let them know that I really didn't want to speak with or be near Charles. I just feel like he doesn't actually listen. For me, I care about how a car feels, the sound system, and I really only wanted Grey or Black, but that wasn't coming through. Also, the Jeep Compass has all these cool hexagons which my Chevy Sonic had as well. As someone with OCD and sensory processing issues, I really need something to feel correct and have the right textures or it could cause problems in the long-term. I don't really like to disclose that to

This location is lacking skill and customer service. I've had a bad experience before and chose never to go back but I need a key alarm replaced. Not sure why I was transferred 4 times meaning I repeated myself 4 times. The last time I just hung up. This place is awful

Young car buyers do not go here, GO TO BEAVER! So, I have bought two vehicles from these guys and everything went smoothly (this was back in 2013 and 2015) Process was super easy and they worked with me. Now, fast forward to 2022 and these guys will not even give you the time of day. I wanted to purchase a vehicle and I made that very clear. I told them what I wanted what price point I was looking at and just everything a car salesmen would need to make a sale. Well the car salesmen listened to me. but it was the a-hole manager (I believe his name was Charles) butted in and told me that he was waiting on the banks to get back with approval, and how it was taking longer than normal. So, I said alright and went to get lunch. Well 2 hours went by and nothing... so I went back as respect to the salesman who I bought two cars from and they didn't even call me after they heard from the bank! They were like well we will give you the car for this amount (15k over sticker) Wouldn't even let me talk about what I wanted to put down, what monthly I wanted to pay, nothing... So, this 'Charles' guy comes over and basically tells the salesmen "I'll take it from here." He first asks for my age, which I fine was super weird, then explains why the car is this price and why they are not coming down on price. (which I get this it's not my first buying experience I know the game) but this joker continues to give me a 'lesson in credit' (my credit score was above 700, plus I own a business I think I know how credit works because my line of work we deal with credit) Then he goes on the keep explaining about the payments and how no matter how much I put down they wont come off the price. Then continues to explain how he owned his own business, now he manages car salesmen. Told me this whole story. I am just staring at him in awe because he is talking to me like I am an idiot and like I don't understand how to buy a car. All in all if you are a young individual who needs a car DO NOT GO HERE!! Bunch of old school guys who don't want to sell to a young guy who can afford new vehicles. Probably because they cannot afford it. GO TO BEAVER. Much better staff, they take care of you, they stay past closing time, just much much much better service overall.

I brought my 2019 Suburban here because my check engine light indicated a misfire. Mike Constantine was a great service advisor. He was very friendly, and kept me up to date with what was going on with my engine (it needed to be replaced). Once the engine was delivered, the team worked quickly to get my truck back on the road. I'm giving it four stars because their web form doesn't actually go to them. It goes to some far off desk in an unknown location, and who knows when that message gets to the actual service desk.

My worst experience ever. I would not recommend George Moore Chevrolet in Atlantic Boulevard to anyone who is interested in leasing or buying a new or used car. They are a liars and opportunists people who doesn't practice business ethics. Their only interest is to reach the quarter sales goals in their own benefits. I have bought and lease new cars over 30 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me. In October 22 of 2021, I went to the dealer with Mr. Yonder Lopez Pompa to be his co-signer in a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban, since the dealer informed Mr. Lopez Pompa he needed a co-signer in order to buy this car. This was the agreement with the Dealer. Indeed, after everything was stablished and under clear statements to be the "co-signer," they arbitrarily and without our consent proceeded to put me in the contract as owner and Mr. Yonder Lopez Pompa as a co-signer, with their only interest to sell the 73.000.00 dollars car. We believed George Moore Chevrolet was a dealer with good reputation who works with "Honesty, Integrity and Trust" something that was far from reality. This situation has created serious personal and business issues for Mr. Yonder Lopez Pompa, and myself. Mr. Lopez is resident of the State of Florida and do business in the State of Floridan with business license in the State of Florida. As today, 01/17/2022 we are still trying to find assistance from Chevrolet Dealer to submit the correct contract and paperwork to Wells Fargo Bank, so the bank can be able to work with the MVD of Georgia and submit the paperwork to the MVD of Florida, but nothing has been done form Chevrolet Dealer. Mr Yonder Lopez Pompa is completely paralyzed in his business activities and to make it worse stuck with a 73.000,00 dollars car that cannot be used. Chevrolet George Moore Dealer in Atlantic put me as owner and everything went to Georgia State because I am resident of Georgia. This vehicle needs to be register in the State of Florida. Mr. Yonder Lopez Pompa is resident of the State of Florida, and I, Lady Lopez resident of the estate Georgia. However, to make the sales happen the dealer proceeded at their convenience misusing our drivers license information, that we provided as a proof of residence at the time of the transaction. Misusing personal information is Fraud. George Moore Chevrolet, and your platform of workers, including the Sales Associate Justin C, are not aware of the enormous damage that has been caused for your incompetence and dishonesty. This is simply called "FRAUD" and do not want this bad and traumatizing experience happen to anyone else. George Moore Chevrolet cannot continue to do this to other people.
