Brian was our contact throughout the process. I felt comfy the entire process that my Lexus was in the best hands. They worked with my USAA provider for a seamless and efficient process. There work is beautiful!! And they used all new Lexus parts.

Darlene at Gerber made me feel like I was family. She was sweet and down to earth and authentic.Dare lend and her team did phenomenal work on my repairs ! I was searching from somewhere near me and no one had openings . I recalled hearing good things about the one on Phillips hwy . When I called Darlene said the schedule was pretty tight but she fit me in and was very patient with me . I’m a mom of 4 kids and was all over the place , however whenever I got on the phone with Darlene she was always so calm and let me know my options . I will def return here for some other things that can be touched up on my car. Gerber on Phillips hwy is the G.O.A.T of collision repairs !Thank you so much for amazing work and outstanding customer service . They finished the work before the time they gave me .Thank you Darlene and all of Gerber .

I was in a car accident and went with Gerber in Valdosta, GA for repairs in Jan. 2022. Due to damages they had to also paint the front end of my car.Fast forward the paint is now chipping on the hood of my car. I called the Valdosta location back explaining my issue and that I was there visiting but I live in Jacksonville, FL. She stated that she would contact the location near me and would call back. I never received a call back.I took my car to the location nearest me (Jacksonville, FL, Philips HWY). The staff was very nice and explain during COVID and lack of supplies the company went with a cheaper route/supplies and they could redo it but will need proof of service. Then I came back with my invoice and then spoke with the manager Eric.He told me that they were a little busy and the 4th of July was coming up and to call Thursday after the 4th. I called on that Thursday and left a message with the receptionist, she remembered me and took my info and said she would leave a note for Eric to call me back. No call back, and A few days passed so I called again and received the same no response. I have yet to receive a call back from Eric for an appointment and i've called back a few times. At this point I rather go to a different location or call my insurance company back to let them know what's going on.

I had a great experience. I used them because they are preferred by State Farm and a Hyundai partner. It took longer because I had a defective bumper and they made sure I got a whole one. Thats good for my car.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gerber Collision & Glass after being involved in a not-at-fault accident, and I must say, my experience with them was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they were prompt and efficient in providing an estimate to the insurance company responsible for funding the repairs.One person who truly stood out during my time at Gerber was Tim, the head of the team. He exuded professionalism and expertise, making me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. However, upon inspecting my vehicle upon its return, I noticed that one of my aftermarket backup lights had not been reinstalled. I immediately brought this to Tim's attention, and he took immediate action, swiftly retrieving my keys and ensuring that the light was promptly reinstalled.Moving on to the repairs themselves, I couldn't be happier with the results. Gerber's team expertly repaired the rear quarter panel of my truck bed, replacing all damaged parts and the bumper. They skillfully removed the dent and restored all body lines to their original state, culminating in a flawless paint job. The attention to detail and craftsmanship displayed by Tim and his team was truly impressive.Overall, the level of service I received at Gerber Collision & Glass exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly satisfied with the outcome of the repairs and the dedication shown by Tim and his team. I’ve never been this disappointed with a company. They have horrible phone etiquette, and hung up on me. I haven’t even dropped my car off and I’m already questioning their ability to complete the task properly. Please send your employees to customer service training. I’d give negative stars if I could.
