Store has many of the products I need but it seem like every time I come here a sign on the door says “ will return in 15 minutes”. Store hours 9:00am-8pm

The lady at the front counter was sweet. They had what I was looking for. I went to one GNC before I came here and they didn’t have it. The place seemed pretty stocked with products. I like the one off of center city Drive.

Store manager was rude and made us come back three time before giving refund to cerdit card. He came out behind me to fight.I did not to fight. I just politely asked for a refund. For your own safety go some where else.Lunatic store manager.I will never return. poor choice to get anything except assaulted

Manager was rude and followed me out of store to attack me It took three trips to get refund to credit card.Manager refused to provide full name.I will not rest until this location is closed.Anywher is better than this location

I've been going to this GNC for quite a while now and I've never seen such knowledgable staff. Shoutout to Ms. Melissa. She is incredible and she knows what you need. The place is clean and I was able to get what I wanted. Definitely one of the best place to buy your supplements.

I'm really impressed by this location. I've been to a few GNC, but I usually don't leave with much and have to look things up because the associates don't know. The associate here answered literally all of my questions, in detail.Ask about price matching and their free delivery program, will save you so much money.

This is one of the best GNC in Jacksonville. The location here is always clean and it even smells nice. Both of the associates I've spoken to were friendly and gave me a lot of information. They are frequently out of stock of some things, but they can deliver the stuff their out of to you for free if you ask.

I shopped at the location on monument for a long time before it closed. I started shopping at other GNC nearby or ordering online, but I felt like a lot of the associates I would run into were very pushy... I recently found this location on accident and I may never order online again. The service here is incredible.Melissa was so helpful, she was able to answer almost all of my questions and the only one she couldn't answer she immediately looked up for me. Her customer service was so professional, made me feel like a million bucks even though I was only spending 20. Made my whole week.Also, I think this might be the cleanest store I've ever been in. It even smells nice.
