9/13/24 2pm. Rude. Horrible customer experience and service. This isn’t my first time in this store. I walked in and there were 2 employees (male and female) and no one else. The male was standing at the counter and the female looked like she was looking for something on a shelf. No one said anything or acknowledged me until I stood at the counter for 2 minutes. I was there to pick up an online order. Then the guy that helped me acted like I was interrupting his standing around and said “can I help you with something”?. I told him about the order to pick up and he handed it to me. That’s it. No Thank You! No have a nice day. No nothing. I was very polite and said “thank you have a great day” and walked out. I’ll NEVER be back. I’ll buy my products at gnc’s competitors next time.

So sign clearly states open at 11 A. M on Sunday, it's 1 PM. And the store is locked and closed. Poor business.

They fired my boyfriend without him starting his first week because he was sick he texted his boss letting him know and as soon as he was gonna go back to work his boss said they had other applicants because he didn’t keep in contact with him over the past. 3 days after my boyfriend repeatedly told them on text and left a voice mail that he had the flu and couldn’t make it in this week he even had doctors notes saying that.

The associates are always very friendly and helpful, but the store is under stocked most of the time. GNC is failing this location, but I don't blame the manager or associates for it.

I felt really bad for the associate. This is also an amazon hub counter and some lady was yelling about her package being late when I first got there. The associate was so professional and kept trying to give her the customer service number for amazon, I don't think I could have kept my cool if someone was treating me like that...ANYWAYS. I came in for protein and they had so many different types, the associate (sorry I forget your name, I only remember your jellyfish face mask) helped me narrow it down and explained a lot of the differences. She even talked about when and how to take it. I mentioned some of the other stuff I was taking and she gave me a bunch of little tips and advice for everything. I wasn't even buying those things! And everything she told me was spot on.I'll definitely be coming back to THIS location. So nice to be cared about!!

I have a hard time seeing product labels so it's hard for me to shop a lot of places because I need so much assistance. I've been helped at this GNC by Courtney and Melissa a couple times now, no matter which associate you get they're so patient and considerate. The last time I was in, one of them, don't remember which, bolted ahead of me to grab the door. I only had 2 bags, it was a really sweet gesture.
