No Customer service none whatsoever, Google gnc search says 9am-9pm. But the sign says 8pm. Before I got out of my car I saw that guy stand outside and walk away from the door like he was a customer. When me and my daughter went inside to make a purchase for my husband. Who wanted the deal on the c4 energy drinks. The employee preceded to say with an attitude GNC is closed. I said then your door should be locked then. Some o GNC got some poor customer service associates. I don't ever want to go to this store again. By the way I work too I get off at 7pm. He was rude and unprofessional. My husband said the store was open until 9pm. So I went to get the items for him.

Drove all the way from across town in Orange Park and arrived at the store at 8:50 all the lights were off and the store was closed. I called as well and no one answered. Sign states they close at 9:00 pm. Bad business.

The bald guy that works there is not a good employee, I went in today I was at the register and he walked off to help another customer then proceeded to check that customer out before me. Also very aggressive trying to get me to renew my pro membership. Will never be back to this location.

Pleasant pick up. However, please note that for in-store pick-ups if you pay with “Bill Me Later” or “PayPal” you will not be able to make returns in-store. That’s so uncool lol. You pick up from there but depending on your method of payment you may not be able to make a return as quickly/conveniently as your were able to pick-up. I just thought that may help someone when deciding to do in-store pickups. ??♀️Be well! ?

Who ever is working the store right now is telling people he cannot skip adding them to the rewards program and refused my sale because I did not want to sign up. Which is funny because when I visited this exact store yesterday, this wasn't an issue.
