Jeremy is amazing! I told him I was struggling to find a protein powder that was good in flavor. He asked about my needs showed me multiple products fitting those needs and I went with his top recommendation. I am in love it’s subtle it’s clean it’s called prolific isolate whey protein in the chocolate flavor. Thank you so much!!!

I went there yesterday and the guys went way above just selling an expensive product. They answered all my questions regarding shakes for my upcoming Bariactric surgery. I would recommend seeing these guys for help. I will definitely be going there again and again.

Jeremy was extremely rude to me after I decided to go with a product that I spotted on the clearance table for $20 instead of buying the same exact product for $20 more dollars. I had already purchased the item online because I noticed it was $10 more in this store than it was online. He goes on to tell me, “don’t be fooled by online you just saving a couple bucks and really not even that” I told him actually it was $10 cheaper online. He then tells me, “well you must have used your points”. I then told him I didn’t use point because I’m not a member. He told me he didn’t know how to cancel my online order and it was no telling how long I was going to wait for a refund. (I didn’t ask) I told him I didn’t mind about waiting for a refund and wanted to purchase the one on clearance for $20. He kept cutting me off and saying slick stuff. I also asked him about another product I wanted to buy and he said he had no knowledge of them. The way he acted was absurd and definitely not needed in customer service!

This place is so welcoming and the workers are helpful and well-informed! I’m a newbie to supplements. I just started consistently going to the gym towards the end of 2020 and went in here looking for a good beginner preworkout. The guys working there on april 26th around 1 in the afternoon were AMAZING! I absolutely love the LIT pre that they introduced me to and I also tried a couple protein snacks. Will definitely be back:)

Item rang for higher than signage read. Cashier wouldn't honor sign. 'Sorry' is all she could say. I say that's bad customer service. Next time I'll go to The Vitamin Shoppe.
