Not a great selection when it comes to whey protein and pre-workout, they never seem to have the flavors I am looking for. The coupons they mail out every month are a bait to get you in the store as the discount is offset by the marked up price in the store. This place will work if you need supplements in a pinch, otherwise you would be better served shopping elsewhere.

I came in to buy GNC men’s multivitamins and they were out of stock, but Mark managed to order two bottles from another store and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. Great customer service. Thanks again.

White dude with the dreads was not respectful at all, I’m asking if they have a certain product and he says no and doesent even want to help me find what I need, he just stared at me like a clueless monkey and said he couldn’t help me

They don’t honor GNC coupons and offers, besides that the costumer service is horrible, is always closed with a sign at the door that said be back in 30 mins. I won’t try to buy anything from this store never again!

I had a negative experience with a clerk at this store today. I wear a mask in public due to Covid-19. When I entered the store, the young man greeted me from the back. He was not wearing a mask. Another customer, also maskless, came in right after I did. As they chatted I quickly found the product I wanted and stood back from the register to keep distance until the man completed his transaction. The clerk noted me standing back and asked if I needed help, which I did not. When I approached the register, leaving as much distance as I could, I asked if masks are worn in the store. He said something like: "Everyone has their own viewpoint." He made no move to get a mask and proceeded to ring up my purchase. When I told him I wouldn't be returning, he said nothing. Last week I encountered a maskless clerk at a hardware store. When I asked him about a mask, he said he would wear one if it made me comfortable. He left briefly and returned with one. I don't expect store workers to wear masks constantly if it is not the store policy, or to ask other customers to wear them. But I would like workers to put one on when dealing with me when I indicate that is my preference. Particularly in a store whose business is supposed to be wellness. Addendum: I next went to the big box store in the same complex and saw a female shopper who was not only wearing a mask, but also a head scarf with no signs of hair underneath. I assumed she lost her hair due to cancer treatment. If this is the case she is likely immunocompromised. Not everyone can defend themselves from infection; wearing a mask lessens the chance we will infect others.

Been going to GNC for a long time but the team at this particular store is probably the best group of individuals who have assisted me. They always go above and beyond with advice on which supplements to buy and what the recommend based on my needs. I highly recommend Mark and his team!

This is the only GNC I will go to. Mark is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about correct vitamins. After 2 years I will always refer is GNC.
