Expensive for no reason. They need to come down at least 1 dollar or their items. ( that have been donated) Plus why wouldn’t a thrift store have senior discounts? I’m not a senior, but my mom is and I find it kind of ridiculous that they don’t.also! 2 of my shirts didn’t have a tag on it. I was charged full price and it could’ve been one that was on sale. I’m just disappointed. I won’t be shopping at good will any longer. I find that other stores have better prices.

I frequently go to this location. Even though im closer to the Dunn ave location. Now don't get me wrong that location has some amazing employees. However new berlin has a great selection and setup 👌🏼 also the staff is awesome. Im between the two atleast four times a week. The atmosphere between the two are definitely different. Im always looking for organization . Because im on the go most of the time . This helps out alot and keeps me moving . Presentation means everything to me . Im one for bargains. Thx GOODWILL 😊

Great overall selection of nice things. However if you are looking for clothes account for some extra time because they're not sorted by size.

Very nice, organized, Goodwill. The only downside is their prices are no longer Goodwill prices. You can almost buy some stuff new vs used at the Goodwill.

The prices are way to high. They have nice stuff but they trying to sell it as if it is brand new. Hello it's used. The lady just tried to sell me and item for my dog for 7.99 and there was 2 of the same for 5 .99 I thank you for responding but what are you going to do about the prices.

I have found some decent stuff in here especially when it first opened but recently i quit going because everything is way overprice I've looked up a lot of thing I've seen in there and the price would only be like $5-$10 cheaper than just buying it new.

Overpriced. The clothing section is getting more and more empty because the managers are more worried about looking every furniture, lamp, cup etc up on google. What’s even more sad is they’ll be like “these are $500 antique lamps so we are going to price them at $125 each” FOR DONATED STUFF!! As a franchise goodwill that gets trucks and donations on the regular; why are you trying to nickel and dime every piece? Get the stuff sold and move on to the next batch of items to sell! They’re overpricing so much furniture to the point where no one is buying it so now all of it is marked down to $9.99 to clear space. That should tell you to lower the prices from the start. They’ll have a 3 piece furniture set and price one small table at 19.99 then the other two small pieces at 25.99 each instead of selling as a set. Selling futons without the mattress for more than it should be. They’re money hungry. Mens section is so sad. They have stuff sitting on display behind the counter that has been there for months.
I know for a fact they don’t authenticate any of the possible name brand handbags, or items they get but they still price them like they’re authentic. I just don’t understand. There was stint when they had a certain staff that’ll push stuff out but now they only care about furniture and decor. Shoes are scarce and when they do get them they’ll mark them up if they see any Jordan or Nike check on them.
They only way you will find a good deal is to change the management or if something slips through the cracks of them looking stuff up. You almost can go to Ross, Marshall’s, etc and find Nikes BRAND NEW for the same price they’re asking on used shoes with scuffs, dirt, etc
Now I understand you want to make you store numbers look good to the people above you but sometimes less is more. I rather leave with 10 items for $100-125 than leave with ONE lamp for $125. There’s much better goodwills in Jax to go to that have a better unfiltered selection with more humble pricing

Very overpriced,these items are donated!
The cashier (Sandra Bailey) was nice and she deserves to be noticed and treated better! That's the ONLY cashier there that is nice. The manager is very rude. New Berlin Jacksonville FL 32218
