HELLO I AM LEAVING THIS AWESOME 5 STAR REVIEW I RECENTLY MADE SEVERAL PURCHASES YESTERDAY AND TODAY BUYING SEVERAL ITEMS INCLUDING CLOTHES FURNITURE AND MORE I DEFINITELY NEED TO GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT AND THANKS TO BOTH ASM ADA BRADLEY AND GENERAL STORE MANAGER ANTHONY FOR HELPING ME LOAD MY ITEM'S THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS ARE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO HELP ME BUT THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME LOAD MY ITEM'S I DEFINITELY WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING AND GETTING HELP FROM THESE TWO THANKS AGAIN 😊

Wonderful and well organized location. I would like to thank the whole NOVA TEAM for there excellent service and kindness. I was uplifted by there handling of helping me load an item that I had purchased. There team took great pride in ensuring that it was loaded with great care. The whole experience from buying the item to working with me to ensure the item was carefully maintained and put into my vehicle with care was so uplifting. The NOVA TEAM is always so kind and caring. Even when you've had a bad day, they always have a smile and kind words to share. This location is a healing place for me because of there organization, wonderful items, best pricing an awesome staffing.

I was in the store yesterday afternoon 7/20 and wanted to buy a bag that was behind the counter, but was told that the bag didn't go on sale until today, 7/21.
I got to the store minutes after they opened this morning and the bag had already been sold.
Incredibly frustrating that I couldn't buy the bag when I was there yesterday and it was already on display, and the trip this morning was for nothing.

Walked in my 14 year asked the price for an item was quoted for $13 by cashier #1 and I went up to pay, cashier #2 suddenly decides the price was $26.

All decent merchandise donations gifted here are now only sold online at their own domain or on ebay (my personal experience). Most of the goods in the store were broken, old, worn out, or of no good use. Realizing our gifted donations are now online at very surprising prices was of much concern.
Please consider checking the complete benefit package of the ceo et al before gifting a donation here. I will be very sorry to see this store go as it was once able to help many needy adults, children and families in their day, and this is always a good thing.

Took 15-20 shirts back to fitting rooms and literally all of them but 1 or 2 had significant stains or dry rot. I think a complete refresh of stock is desperately needed. Also thumbing through the clothes, many have smoke smells or cat pee smells. Workers are nice so they get an extra star instead of just one

The location is an absolute pain to get into to make a donation drop off during business hours due to the small parking area and plaza nearby. The workers are generally miserable as well and sometimes cant be bothered to give you a reciept.

Started out as a great store for us. We’ve have spent 1000.00s here over the past couple of years. Two weeks ago a new manager came in and now prices are stupid ridiculous. Found a ziplock bag for 1.99. Generic non leather belts 7.99. Empty BB gun case 25.00. Sadly fun is over for us here. Moving on to another Goodwill location where management has some sense.
