Got charged for adult clothing when I purchased kids size clothing, the store employee tells me that they price their clothing by size. Size 16 is clearly youth size, yet I get charged for adult clothing.

I go to every goodwill daily in Jacksonville. This was the #1 store for years. But now every time I swing thru I will see 3 to 4 workers standing behind the cashier desk talking. Another one just walking around like a zombie. While the same clothing rack is still just sitting untouched. Reason why they are not #1 is they stopped pumping out new clothes. None of them want to run clothes. Durbin and Beach location has half the employees and push stuff out constantly.

Although I did find some good pieces at this Goodwill, they are quite pricey compared to other Goodwills. I had to put a dress back after I was told that it cost $9.99 or $10. The employee behind the counter was nice and friendly.

This place is organized and has a great selection of clothes. I wish they sorted the clothes by size, though. The prices have gone up, but you can always find a 40% off sale. Oh, and they have a drive-through drop-off option too!

Their prices used to be decent now they think they are retail store and all I have to say a shame on you Goodwill. I will not even donate to Goodwill anymore and I encourage everyone I know not to donate to Goodwill either.

Sales lady was super nice but the heavy set dark skinned lady manager is INCREDIBLY RUDE to customers and staff. I will not go back there again! I will definitely not recommend!

Prices used to be really good, but now they are high and quality of items have gone downhill. All employees are pretty nice EXCEPT the plus size African American woman “Supervisor”. She’s very rude! She never seems happy and seems to hate working there.

Worst goodwill I’ve ever been too. Rebecca was extremely rude to me and the way she talks to her employees is disgusting. Seems like you guys only hire the lowest of the low.
I will never shop at another “Good”will again because of the experience I had with Rebecca. The name Goodwill is incorrect because there is no more “good will” at goodwill. Wish I could give negative stars.

The most organized Goodwill I've ever been to, I always find good quality things here and they're all priced fairly!
