Great team and customer service. Brought my car for full servicing and left with overheating problem that costed me a lot to get it fixed. I think there is a team member that is a little careless with executing task and needs close supervision. I eventually realized after full servicing, they didn't fill in coolant, this caused overheating and blew off my radiator fan. After another visit, they filled in coolant and did not connect the coolant reservoir, I found the helpless floating tube and my neighbor came to it's rescue.
It's sad to have such a great team with some careless individuals who don't take their job serious.

Until last week I had a personal policy of not leaving negative reviews, but these shysters deserve it. Back in November 2023 I had an alignment done on my Honda Odyssey. When I got into the vehicle the TPMS (Tire Pressure Maintenance System) light was on. I went back inside and asked to get it turned off. It was raining that day and I sat outside the shop for 10 minutes as garage doors closed, so I just left thinking I can just get the light turned off later and these guys are punks. Fast forward to last week. The light IS still on after I took it to a mechanic for $1,200.00 worth of work. Guess what he found? The mechanic at Goodyear broke both the front and rear passenger side TPMS censor, so the dummy light could have never been turned off that day at Goodyear, and they knew it. What a weasel move from a gigantic corporation screwing over a small businessman. Pound sand you hacks. The BBB is my next stop.

I can’t rave enough about how good the service was and how professional the staff was and how much better the car drove after being with them. Joan, Ken And Joe went above and beyond with their exceptional Customer Service: polite, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and nice people. They were so awesome that they actually gained my trust and believe— me very few car servicing places if any, do that!!

I drive a Smart Fortwo and finding a place to get an oil change in Jacksonville has not been easy. Goodyear came through like an oasis in the desert for me and my tiny car.

Had a major urgent repair, at least in my book. My motor oil was leaking just two days after I DIY replaced the filter and oil. Got to the location at 12:30 pm and my car was in by 1:00 pm. Turns out the filter gasket had warped and torn! Took a couple hours to get everything buttoned up and topped off, but that’s to be expected with a walk-in. I was only charged for actual labor and left with exactly what I needed. Definitely a reliable shop!

If you want somebody to rev your car and “test drive” a car with bad breaks when it’s pouring rain outside! Needing a brake replacement! This is the place. 0 stars do not recommend to anyone.

Dropped off Sequoia for tire rotation. Technician Arletta did a Great job. Put correct air in all tires. Hilary finished paperwork and got me out in a timely fashion. Professional and courteous. Best location. I would recommend .

Getting vehicle maintenance is never fun or cheap unless you can do it yourself and you enjoy it. I had no choice but to seek the service of a shop that offered an array of services because I don't have time to take my car to several shops every week. Eric gave me a reasonable preliminary quote and then once they looked at the car it more than doubled. But it was all reasonable and expected. They gave me every single discount and coupon they could find, which I have to say I appreciate since I didn't know they existed. I'll be using this shop in the future for the time being and appreciate the professionalism, speed, and quality of service.

They totally did a great job and got us in fast as possible and back on the road immediately.... we picked up a screw somewhere while driving and they patched and plugged the tire and it's still going well 2k miles later... we even drove home to PA on that same tire.... Thank you guys so much... Jacksonville is lucky to have your company and it's employees...
