Pete was amazing. Very professional, helpfu, and patient. We were sent by CARMAX to have 2 tires replaced on a Lexus we bought. Upon checking out the car, Pete discovered a bit missing out of 1 of the rear tires and very close tread on another. Based on his recommendation, they ended up replacing all 4 tires. So kudos to Carmax Atlantic also for doing the right thing and contracting with such a great shop as Goodyear Girvin. Thanks Pete for going to bat for us.

What a great team ! Someone randomly took my tire caps and they replaced the four of them for free, not to mention a technician came and put them on in the rain ! Thank you for great service !!

The guy who tried to help me tried to tell me my tire had dry rot and it was was a new tire only a week old from this store so I went some where else to get it fix

BEWARE, wanted to transfer TPMS sensors to a new set of wheels, and the wanted to charge 480.00 before tax, stating they would have to reprogram sensor to a car that they are already programmed too, they rather lie and rob you that to make honest money.

This Goodyear on Girvin Road is the best! I can always trust their service and advice on my auto maintenance. I’ve been going to this location since 2012 for tires, oil changes, brake service, and tuneups on the different cars I’ve owned. Matter of fact, I now drive from out of town because I trust this Goodyear location that much instead of taking chances on other places.

I wish to share my experience with the amazing service I received from Goodyear Auto Service on Girvin Road Jacksonville, FL.
While traveling through area we were concerned with several issues with the tires on our travel trailer, contacted this Goodyear location and was immediately put at ease as they worked us in per our request. Pete, Will, Cody and Mike were absolutely amazing! Mike took extreme care with analyzing our previous issues, troubleshooted all tires, and provided a thorough briefing on his findings.
This level of customer service is quite rare these days, thus I would highly recommend this team for those in the Jacksonville area.
Thank you gentlemen, I will remember your extra care, I only wish I could find this level of service in the Atlanta area!!

After dealing with a slow tire leak for a week I was finally able to make it to Goodyear. Will and Cody were awesome and saved me a ton of time and hassle. Fixed up my tire fast and I was on my way. Highly recommend this Goodyear location.

One of my tires was cut through and they replaced all my tires in the same day. A Sunday. So they were faster than I thought they would be. One of my tires was low and I just drove up and they filled it for me with no problem.
