Good for tires but will try to sell you thing you don't need, I went there to change my tires and I was told that I needed a new front suspension, when I went back home to start working on it I discovered I didn't need that just needed to change a tie rod, always double check what they say you need.

I took my car to this place, the only thing they did was scam me $118.00 because when I asked for a general diagnosis they told me it was not free, that if I wanted a complete review I had to pay $99 + taxes, in the end after an hour they only told me that I had to change the tensioner and the pulleys, there was never a complete diagnosis,If I wanted to change them it would be $600, I took my car because of a noise coming from the right side where the sepertine belt is located,I bought the kit and made the change myself, but the noise continues, a sign that they never inspected anything, they were just killing time,They gave me an estimate but never the complete diagnosis of the car after having paid $118, apart from the fact that the guy who helps you has a tremendous ass face, to help customers you have to have, good attitude, always think that this is not your business, you are not the owner, a company like Goodyear scamming customers.The customer has to receive what he has paid for. They need to be more humble and more professional.

My husband and I have been loyal to the same place for oil changes for the past 20 years, but today, we decided to try something new—and we’re so glad we did! Our experience at Goodyear Automotive on Atlantic Blvd was exceptional and has earned our trust for all our future vehicle needs.
Scheduling was a breeze; we booked an appointment online quickly and easily. When we arrived, we were greeted by Francisco, a genuinely kind and friendly team member who assisted us from start to finish with warmth and respect. I’m usually the one driving, yet many car technicians still tend to direct their conversations toward my husband, who is legally blind. Francisco, however, spoke directly to me, explaining everything clearly and professionally, without ever talking over my head or pushing for unnecessary services.
Our only minor issue was the wait time; even with an appointment, we were there for about three hours. While it wasn’t ideal with my work schedule, the waiting area was comfortable, with a ceiling fan, a TV, and coffee to make the time pass more pleasantly. Next time, I’ll plan to take a half-day off to allow for a more relaxed visit.
We left with a clear plan for a few additional maintenance items and intend to come back for a full set of tires in the spring. After this positive experience, we’ll definitely be regular Goodyear customers for years to come. I highly recommend Goodyear Automotive and Francisco’s exceptional service!
Oh, and one more thing—the cost of our service was surprisingly reasonable! Francisco went above and beyond, happily finding us a discount that fit perfectly within our budget. His attention to detail and commitment to helping us save made our experience even better.

Never Again. Just take your car to a dealership, and let them do it right the first time. Do not go here thinking you can save a dollar, it will end up costing you more when you have to take the car to a REAL mechanic. Worst decision of the year was giving this company business. Manager is a man that lacks integrity. Don’t let dishonest people touch your car.

My vehicle was having issues starting. So we thought it was a bad starter. Had the vehicle towed to this location. Arrived approx. 9am. I was informed directly and clearly about their Diagnosis procedure. The technicians began diagnosis and determined it was an aftermarket component installed in the car by the previous owner that caused the vehicle not to start. They went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of as a customer. Also had Brake service which included pads rotors and fluid service. Excellent customer service, trustworthy, reliable! Will be going back.
Side note: I suggest an upgrade or renovation to this building, amazing technicians, but the building can use an upgrade!

Christian is an expert in his field with excellent customer service skills. Knowledgeable, honest, polite and not pushy. While I did not get the vehicle serviced due to the pricing set by Goodyear as a company, I had a great experience getting a diagnosis of the issues and what needed to be replaced.

The Goodyear location at 9927 Atlantic Blvd is the best one in Jacksonville! I've been going there 5+ years and have always gotten amazing customer service. I've never gotten overcharged or talked into things my car doesn't actually need. Everything that my car does need is explained to me and the costs are broken down. The manager there (Francisco Toyos) is extremely honest and upfront about everything. Today was no different. I went in for an oil change, and my car needed some routine maintenance based on the mileage. I always leave feeling really good about my experience, and I highly recommend Goodyear on Atlantic as your go-to location for superior customer service!! Word of mouth is everything, and even my close friends go to this location based on my positive experiences. Thanks again, Francisco. I truly hope upper management recognizes and appreciates all of your hard work. I will never go anywhere else when my car needs to be serviced. 100 ☆!!! 😊

My car had multiple issues, which they made me aware of, and they assured me every step of the way. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. Recently, my adventures brought me to the Goodyear auto mechanic shop on Atlantic to get my front tires replaced. A Goodyear team member had taken a needed sick day, so they were a bit short-staffed, but I thought the crew handled the situation with great professionalism, especially Christian, considering it was a sweltering 100°F outside. They have a good team here.

I took my car in for an air conditioning issue and I was worried that it might be catastrophic failure of the system, but these gentlemen were able to suss out the actual issue and fixed it in a very short period of time. They could have really taken me to the cleaners if they were dishonest, but not only were they not dishonest but they were very capable and clean about their work. They even refilled my window washer fluid. I would highly recommend going to this shop. I have had some very bad experiences in the recent past and these guys have restored my faith.
