I went to Goodyear to see if they could give me a different opinion on where my oil leak is coming from. They say it’s the valve cover gaskets and that they need to be replaced so I leave my car with them all the next day 2/24/2024, and went to pick up my car around 530-6 ish just for my engine light to be on and my car still leaking oil. I walk back in and Dylan (the manager) reads my code, to later find out he lied to my face about it. I went to AutoZone less than 24 hours later to have them read it and it says I have a faulty Canister purge valve which Goodyear triggered when they “worked” on my car and decided to lie to me about it. I then call Goodyear the next day/Sunday about getting my warranty info because they decided to not give it to me with my receipt, I wonder why. I call the following Wednesday and ask why I paid $1800 for my car to still be leaking, they said it could be from pressure caused by the repair they just did. I take it in two days later and they now decide to tell me it’s the oil pan gasket and various other things that could be leaking. Clearly they never knew where the leak was coming from. Why wasn’t that found the first time? When Dylan explained this to me I asked “so you guys caused this?” and he says yes and no. The “manager” admitted to ruining my car just to tell me I’d have to pay another $1300 to fix something they just admitted to causing. I asked for a refund because you guys intentionally knew this would happen and decided not to tell me of the warnings and things that could happen if you “repaired”my oil leak. He offered to pay for the part and I pay for the labor which again they are trying to take advantage of someone when we all know the labor is significantly more pricey than the cheap parts they use. It’s really sad you guys take advantage of people and if you guys aren’t capable of fixing car issues other than tires, you really should stop doing “repairs” because now my car is leaking tremendously worse than it was to begin with and now I’m out $1800 and have to waste another weekend getting something fixed that could’ve been done correctly the first time. I should’ve read all the reviews for this place and stayed away because yikes. I spoke with “customer service” and they were an even worse experience than I had getting my car ruined by incompetence. There is NO proof that I was warned you guys could further damage my car. Customer service is taking Dylans word instead of finding written proof because there isn’t any. I hope you guys are happy stealing peoples money and ruining their vehicles.

I took my car in for a piece of plastic hanging off the bottom. They took it in less than two minutes and fixed it at no cost. Excellent service in a timely manner. Shout out to the store manager Dylan and the staff for helping me out.

As long as you don’t go on the weekend without an appointment, they do a great job. I prefer this Goodyear store to all other tire shops. Was a Bridgestone person but now Goodyear has my business.

Have bought two sets of tire for my F250 from the Skymark location the first set no problem. However this second experience was not good. Called and spoke with Christian and made an appointment for a couple of days later. When I arrived a somewhat rude individual ask to help me when I asked for Christian he made a subtle rude face and told Christian I was looking for him. Tires were changed, truck was driven home and parked in the garage for two days. Drove the vehicle the next day and noticed what appeared to be gouging in all four wheels. I called immediately upon noticing this whoever answered the phone said bring it in the next day because Christian and the store manager would be there. I didn’t touch or inspect the wheels any closer. When I got there Christian came out, looked at the wheels and said it was lube I was seeing and the technician should have cleaned it off, he was mostly correct. He went and got a rag and started cleaning the lube off. Once he started removing the lube I saw some scratches on the wheels that were not there prior to this tire replacement. I pointed these out as Christian was wiping the lube away. As this was going on the “manager” showed up, as he walked across the lot Christian called him over. Same guy that was somewhat rude the first day. I tried to explain that the scratches were not there prior, he kept denying that they could have done it saying there machine couldn’t have done it. I explained that I didn’t say the machine did it only that they were not there prior. He kept denying the possibility of it happening there until I got angry enough to raise my voice, which I believe was the goal. In the end he said “don’t holler at me” at which time I thought it best I leave because there would not be any resolution while trying to deal with that particular “manager”. I will never do business with this store again after this interaction.

The guy was a total j*** to say the least. I had an appointment which I had made a week ago explaining that I had a tire not sealing to the rim and i know that’s the problem because 3 months ago the good year on Atlantic blvd. fixed one of them. Anyway the guy I made the appointment with said sure no problem and made the appointment. So I get there today at 2 pm and explained the problem again and the guy said oh we don’t do that anymore because he did it for customers in the past and they ended up calling back with flat tires. So my problem is why set up an appointment with me when they no longer fix leaks around the rim. Wasted my time and I don’t believe they dont fix leaking tires because the rims need cleaning out. I guess next time I need to take a man with me.
