Went in for hair cut, I could not believe it, the hispanic hair stylist called me over while she was talking on her cell phone.she sat me down, she began cutting my hair while talking on her cell phone. She then realized her call was more important and she walked away to talk on her phone and stopped cutting my hair. I had to ask charles to cut my hair.i go here all the time and never had anything like this, wow.

Horrible service. One of the stylists cut my neck with the trimmer multiple times, and my hair was poorly blended. This was the second time it has happened. I'm never going back. Not recommended at all.

Visited after signing in online. Had a 13 minute wait change to 29 minutes upon walk in. Service inconsistent at this location.

Pan it THE BEST and the only person I'll go to! She is so kind and gives a great haircut, grateful they have her on the team (personally, not a fan of anyone else I've been to in the past here)

This is my go to place to go. I always use the same young lady. Pan always has a smile and she and the staff are so welcoming. My daughter also goes with me. I would follow them anywhere.
