My sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit for a haircut. I was impressed. The store was notably neat and clean, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I requested a haircut, and the lady who assisted me was incredibly efficient. She registered me in a remarkably quick two minutes, and I was then taken for my haircut with absolutely no waiting time. This level of promptness and efficiency is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.The haircut itself was expertly done, and I left feeling very satisfied with the result. To top off an already excellent experience, I was kindly offered a coupon for my second haircut. This thoughtful gesture not only encourages repeat business but also reinforces your commitment to customer satisfaction.

I went there this morn 8/6/25 ar 10:20. I didnt pre ck n but the wait wasnt bad at all.
I got Paula. She is awesome! She listened and cut my hair great!
She was so kind. I got a coupon on my receipt & I will go back!
The place was clean, the waiting area was nice, everyone seemed very cordial and I was impressed as I watched the 3 ladies work and the care they had with the person as well as the hair.
I will ask for Paula the next time as she did a really good job on my hair.

I went there a few days ago seeing a woman I believe named Alisha; long blond hair first chair on the right. I asked for a wash, hair straightening, and for it to be styled as a blowout. When you look up a blowout you see volume, smoothness, and wavy or natural curls. It’s what I had done last time by someone that no longer works at that location but she did great. So the last visit I got done was in my account. She said she could do it. We started off with the wash. If I’m paying for someone to wash my hair, I like to feel like it’s fully washed and that they did a good job getting all my hair. Every hair stylist I’ve ever seen has me pick my head up to get the back of my hair that’s sitting on the sink. She didn’t. I hate that feeling that all my hair didn’t get washed, so I kindly asked her if she could just get the bottom of my hair. Instead of just saying “sure” she wanted to argue that there was no hair there. Even though it was sitting on the sink not being touched. But she did it. Then she blow-dried my hair. She then proceeded to straighten it. As I watched her straighten it, I knew it was going to come out bad. Her hands were very light on me as if she wasn’t doing anything. When I straighten my hair, I start from the bottom to the top making small sections ensuring everything get straightened. She would take big sections and not even go from root to tip. So she would have to go back inside my hair fixing areas that weren’t straightened. When we were done, my hair was left frizzy and feeling like hay. It was evident it wasn’t fully straightened and the only product she used was heat protectant but only on my roots. She said we were done. I was confused because I thought I was getting a blowout style after like we agreed. She proceeded to argue with me that apparently, a blow dry and a blow out are the same thing. So the “blow dry” was the blowout. I was shocked someone claiming to be a hair stylist thought this was true. She even went to look it up. And read me the definition. I just wanted to leave because a so called “hair stylist” that can’t straighten hair is obviously not going to know what a blowout is. When I went home, I started from the bottom of my hair to the top going over with a straightener since my hair felt horrible. All of my roots were of course curly. And she wanted to tell me she straightened my hair. $60 for something I could do better myself. Never going back.
I also want to share some things I heard while getting my hair done by the older man who’s almost bald with the Chinese tattoo on the back of his neck. He finished with one client and when they didn’t tip he proceeded to say “No tip? I take my time on you, I love on you and you don’t give me a tip?” Now I work in a restaurant. I get frustrated if someone doesn’t tip. But I have never called someone out on it and made them feel pressured to tip me, which is how this guy felt because he then tipped him. This stylists’ bluntness was shocking to me and unheard of. He then finished with another client. This client handed him a coupon. He proceeded to say, “You should’ve told me because if I knew you were gonna give me a coupon I would’ve gave you the $10 haircut because I just gave you the $40 haircut.” I was shocked. The quality of your work shouldn’t be dictated by someone giving you a coupon. And nobody has to tell you from the start that they have a coupon. This man has some audacity talking to clients the way he was and it was not appropriate to me.
I don’t need a comment with an email I just think someone higher up should go see these “stylists” they hire and view the quality of their work and the way they treat clients.

I was a walk-in, and Patrick did a great job with my hair. I asked for long layers, and he did it perfectly. My hair looks and feels great. I will definitely be coming back!
