From making the appointment, to meeting the staff the day of the appt, to getting seated in the chair, they were the most professional, kind, caring people around. Dr. Dawley and assistants are the most gentle people around. Great chairside manor. I can’t thank them enough for my dental care. If anyone wants a great dentist I would say go there! Crystal (hygienist) is also amazing, this great expressions office is one to go to!! I recommend them to everyone I know!

Very unorganized Staff. Several times have had my appointments canceled last minute or will blow up my phone multiple times asking me to come in early to accommodate their staff. They have no consideration for your time. I Just spoke to an associate today about my son’s appointment by the name of Audrey who was extremely rude and explained to me that my appts in the past were probably canceled because a hygienist was sick or had an emergency which would be completely understandable if it hadn’t happened THREE TIMES in a row and about a hour before the scheduled appts. She was very smug about their office wasting my time. Once you actually make into the appointment the staff are great however you have to deal with a lot of unprofessionalism with this location. Just pick a different location.

Great people in this office! Excellent work! The biggest problem is rising prices! We are retired. Rising prices are engulfing us! Gasoline, groceries, property taxes, home owners insurance, auto insurance, new roof and gutters for our home and the list goes on and on and on!

I don’t recommend monument great expression dental. They are misguiding Invisalign consultation appointment. They are giving with regular doctor and referring to orthodontist for another consultation. It’s waste of time. They need to give consultation with orthodontist first not with cleaning doctor.

If I could zero stars I would. Got scammed by the lady in the front. Told her over the phone I wanted to waive the cancer screening and then told her again at the office, then went ahead and charged me for it anyway

This company drilled down to the nerve, filled the cavity, and then tells me I need to pay them to reverse it and get a root canal. That is unprofessional and unjust. If I could give this company a lesser rating, I would. I have had multiple negative visits but this last one was TERRIBLE. My 14 year old daughter had a cavity filled in tooth #30 a couple of months ago. The charge was $150. Two weeks later she was experiencing stabbing pains and she couldn't sleep. We went to the office so that they could see what the problem was. They call her back to be treated, file the tooth, and send her out. It was a 15 minute visit. Again, weeks later she wakes up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain. The next day I walked into the office and told them about the experience. They acted so cold and not empathetic at all. They scheduled her for the next day.At this visit, they x-rayed her tooth and determined that the dentist had drilled to the nerve and filled it. The filling is touching her nerve!!!! The front desk lady wrote of a quote for the crown. Aside from insurance, I would have to pay ANOTHER $250 and that doesn't include the cost of the root canal with some 3rd party endodontist. To make themselves look even more unprofessional, on the referral for the endodontist, they circled the wrong tooth. That says EVERYTHING about how they operate. How does a dentist screw up and then try to charge the customer for them to fix it?!I called the corporate office and left a message and no one has returned my phone call! Still, my daughter is in so much pain. This company's policies and treatment of paying customers is a joke.Other horror stories, they told me my son had 7 cavities that needed to be filled. When he went to his dads, they took him to their dentist who said "There are NO cavities!"I had an absessed tooth and needed an emergency root canal. There weren't any appointments available for 3 months. I had to suffer for days until the antibiotic kicked in.Do NOT go to this dentist!

Very help full at the beginning, then customer service went out the door. I first went to this office five weeks ago; I had a crown that was out of adjustment and had caused an infection. With an already irritated nerve from the unadjusted crown, the dentist made the adjustment, patted me on the shoulder and said it would hurt for a few days but would get better and that I needed to see an endodontist. That night the pain was excruciating, I took too much Motrin, and my stomach started bleeding. The next morning I called the Great Expressions office to get something better than OTC painkillers. The answer I received was, "Did you go to the endodontist?" No, I need painkillers due to the adjustment that was done on an already irritated nerve. They wouldn't entertain pain management and continued to tell me to call an endodontist. Because they weren't helpful, I went to the ER that evening, where I was prescribed pain meds and antibiotics for the infection. When my pain level became tolerable, I googled and called multiple endodontists and found out that there weren't any appointments available within 30 days. I left town on business without seeing Endo.I returned to Jax this past weekend and tried to call an endodontist again. The pain is gone, but the infection is still there. I was told that there weren't any appointments available, but if I had a referral, they might be able to see me sooner. Oh wow, a referral is all I need. Why didn't Great Expressions give me one, to begin with? Who knows? I called Great Expressions this morning to schedule a new appointment and get a referral. When I called, the person who answered the phone pulled my info and inquired why I hadn't been to an endodontist. I tried to explain that I tried, but no appointments were available, and I had to leave town. I was cut off and told, "I find that hard to believe." I was flabbergasted; I didn't even make it to the part about calling an endodontist this morning and told to get a referral. I felt like I was being called a liar in a passive manner. At that point, I told the receptionist that the conversation was over, and they weren't touching my teeth.I called a different dentist, was seen this afternoon, was given a referral to an endodontist, and now have an appointment to see Endo next week.Great Expressions; thank you for your lack of empathy and service. You prevented me from spending money at your office and saved me the hassle of dealing with you in the future.

Worst Dental office ever! lol! they scammed me for 39usd. Make sure before you seat on their dental chair, you need to ask them if you need to pay for it. They will do all the services (by the way you dont even need) then you will be surprised in the end when you see your billing). I was scheduled for my basic dental cleaning and they wont service me for that and told me to pay 200usd. what a lousy service! Also, the receptionist is rude. she cant handle her customers. lol kababayan pa naman kita.
