I had a terrible experience with Amerigas, and was left with no hot water because, over a 22 year period, I had paid a $60 tank rental late, and one other late payment that wasn’t explained well. The co. demanded that I pay for a years gas plus $300 penalty, a thousand dollars, and even then, the co. could not get here for another 3 days. I cancelled my account, and called Griffis gas. The lady , immediately, sympathized with me assuring me that Griffis could get a temporary tank out this afternoon to give me hot water. The men arrived, placed a tank, and will return to complete the process soon. I cannot thank Mel, Keith, and Jr. enough. There are companies made up of people who go the extra mile in a pleasant and competent manner. Griffis Gas is one; Amerigas is not.

Griffis Gas was an absolute lifesaver! They rescued me from a terrible experience with AmeriGas, and the difference between the two is truly night and day.
As a family owned business, Griffis genuinely values its customers a refreshing change from companies that act entitled to your business. Their outstanding service and sincere customer care have my highest recommendation.

Mike at Griffis Gas has been awesome. Have been dealing with Griffis gas before Mike came aboard and I have to say, things have been much better with Mike leading the team. He has been attentive to our needs especially after our entire demolish and rebuild of our home after two hurricanes. He is knowledgeable and professional in every way and has been instrumental in ensuring our home generator is ready to go should we endure power outages in the future. Mike will handle situations even when he could easily task someone else to do it. I am impressed by that in a leader and Mike is truly a leader. The other members of his team we have dealt with are Mel, who always helps us with scheduling our gas deliveries and billing questions. We got to meet JR who assisted in an issue with running to gas to the generator and revised the connection to our satisfaction without an extra charge. Griffis Gas is a great company should you need services. Thank you Mike! Keep us the great work!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Griffis Gas. Five days ago, I placed a delivery request after unexpectedly running out of propane—something that could have been easily managed if we had a gauge to track our usage. Unfortunately, despite my request, there has been no delivery, and I find myself in a frustrating situation without hot water for showers, laundry, or even cooking.
To make matters worse, I’ve called every day to inquire about the status of my delivery, but I continue to receive vague responses about when they may be able to deliver and no resolution. It’s hard to believe that a company can ignore or delay such a basic necessity for everyday living. Propane is essential for so many aspects of our daily routines, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience and stress.
I expected better from a service provider, and I urge Griffis Gas to improve their responsiveness and customer care as this is unacceptable!!

We called Griffis Gas after having a different gas company for 35 years. They let our gas run out and were in no hurray to help us with it. We called Griffis Gas and Mel answered the phone and she had all the answers. They came out the same day with a gas tank. Excellent customer service. We are so glad we changed!

I spoke with (Junor) Mike today. I had to replace the batteries in my Gas Fireplace. I could not get the pilot light to ignite. I was very frustrated and thought about lighting the pilot with a match.I first called Griffis Gas. Mike listened to my situation and calmly and professionally walked me through reconnecting the wire needed to ignite the pilot. In today's world customer service has become very frustrating, but today Junior proved that all companies are not the same. Thank You

This is a great company! I’ve used a different company for the past ten years and was overcharged like crazy. When I found Griffis, the people there were easy to talk to, always answered the phone, very helpful and straight forward. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would. Junior, Mel and Alex are wonderful people and I’m a proud and happy customer thanks to them. Highly recommend this company for propane gas!

THANK YOU Griffis Gas??? finally free of Amerigas extortion, experience and total lack of care and customer service. Griffis gave us a better shaped tank that takes up a third of the space of Amerigas’s tank!! Saves us $2.00 a gallon on gas and is locally here with the best employees who have great customer service and excellent experience ? Blake was our installer and he was terrific to work with. He went out of his way to work with me on placement and kept a great attitude with a smile and friendly responses even in this August heat!

absolutely horrific customer service. They took my equipment, shut off my gas. I have not had hot water for showers and it’s freezing. Also the stove doesn’t work either. They said they would come out, for this emergency, and called me back 6 hours later to say I owed them money so they weren’t coming. I paid half yesterday. These people are animals. I’d recommend ANYONE but them!
