I'm not sure how these people took down my review but I intend to do an investigation to find out. Back at the beginning of the you're always there. As for shoulder length hair they give me a person who learned how to cut hair in high school. They didn't bother to tell me cuz they got overbooked and forgot I wanted a shampoo cut and blow dry. They stick to 18 year old kid on me. I had no idea I was literally her first haircut ever I thought when she said first she meant that they were just now letting her do it on her own. I thought she had some kind of training but no she learned in high school classroom. I asked for shoulder length hair boys and girls you know when I came home with hair to my lips
I'm still bitter because I had to go to work everyday hide my hair from humanity. And where I work I can't do that without a hat. It is now some 6 months later and I'm still trying to get my hair to grow out long enough that I can cut it myself because I will never trust another person with scissors. This place will lie to you if they get overbooked they will forget you they will ruin your hair they won't tell you that they have an amateur doing your hair. And by the way I can anybody who don't believe me come on my page and I will show you that even 6 months down the road I have hair in the back that shorter than other hairs I have big gaps in my hair this is going to take about another four or five months to grow out. But it did teach me one thing. I don't harbor any hate towards this young lady. But I think that place ought to be shut down because it doesn't do business correctly. When I go to a business and I pay that kind of money to get a job done I expected to be done right not given to somebody who has the experience of a 1 year old and just let them out on somebody's hair. And it ain't that little girl's fault I even tip this girl because it's not her fault. I told all of them while I was still in there with customers in there my hair don't look right something's wrong I need to leave you've done something to my hair and nobody would say a word.. I will never get over this. And the fact that you took my post down I'm going to find out how you did that because according to Yelp you should not be able to do that cuz I just asked them.

Gracyn passes the seal of approval for my Nerodivergent son 🤣 2 years and counting I believe. Maybe longer. She does so well with my thick curls and we just booked an appointment for my mother. She is the best across the board! ❤️

Been going for over 17 yrs. Fair price for length of original hair. Wash, cut and blowdry. Minimal wait, clean, good work. Hair sylist friendly and did her work. Phones answered quickly. Guests greeted and scheduled. Chairs hard but the goal is not to be in them long waiting to be called. I like my hair cut and will be back as needed. Overall good location and kind staff. I hope they open a location by the new Publix on Chaffee and Normandy because I hate that traffic by 295. Yes, I would give this branch and team a good review.

I absolutely LOVE my haircut. I took a gamble and landed in the chair of Darcy A and I couldn’t be happier!!! I’ve been searching for the right stylist for this hairstyle and I finally found them!!! Thank you so much Darcy!!! I super glad I found you!! The photos were taken a few days after and I haven’t even brushed my hair. I woke up looking this good!! ?
