Went again after a great massage a couple months ago. The woman I had was gone (if anyone knows where Gianna is now, let me know!),so I booked a different woman. After a few minutes I started to realize that something felt a little weird. Eventually I realized that she was wearing gloves.
I felt to uncomfortable to say anything in the moment, but if I had known in advance, I would have rebooked with someone else. The massage itself was okay, but once I noticed the gloves they became very distracting. It was not as relaxing as bare hands!

Worst customer service out there they just keep charging your credit card despite multiple attempts to cancel. The manager says she cancelled but then keeps charging the card. I would never use this place

On March 5th my husband and I had a couples massage for our wedding anniversary. We are on a tight budget, but I wanted to do something special. On the website it has an introductory offer for a 50 minute massage for $79.95. When I called to book the massage I asked how much the couples massage was and was told $149.95.
As we were leaving from getting our massage I got a notification that I was charged $149.95 twice. I turned around and went back to the receptionist and was asked why. That is when she told me it was per person. I’m at the desk about to cry because we can’t afford that and I would have never booked the massage at that price. I told her that I specifically asked how much the massage was and was told $149.95. I have never been anywhere that was charged per person for a couples massage. I said I don’t understand why that would be the price when literally the sign in the window next to me says a massage is $79.95. So I am being charged almost double per person because we were in the same room?
I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I feel like I’m being purposely deceived. I was told something else on the phone and the sign also says otherwise. A gentleman heard me talking and he gave the receptionist over $200 worth of gift cards to cover some of the bill. It was incredibly kind of him and I am so thankful. However, the receptionist told us that she would hold on to the items and her manager would have to perform the refund.
Since then I have sent an email, requested to be contacted from their website, and called twice. My first call I waited 15 mins and no one ever came to the phone (a voice system picked up saying thanks for calling someone will be right with you). The second call was answered by the same girl who checked us out and she informed me her manager was in a meeting. I asked her that the manager contact me that day. Guess what, they didn’t.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with in this type of business. I was deceived over pricing, a kind stranger is out over $200 because they accepted his gift cards and lied to both of us saying this would be taken care of, they don’t have anyone working capable of handling a refund of any other issues, and you have management that doesn’t care.
I highly recommend people choosing another place for services. The code of ethics in this business is repulsive.

Kenneth is the world's greatest massage therapist! He is the main reason I signed up for the membership. He gets 10 stars out of 5.
The front desk staff and managers need to lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't want to be stressed coming or leaving the spa!!! They need to understand this is a spa, not a flee market or a war zone! Use your professional inside voices! Negative 10 on staff and managers!!

They did a good job. I think Carlos was my masseuse. I think the membership program sounds like a waste of time and having the company trying to up sell me on that was lame. However, everyone that works there gets 5 stars.

They cancelled my scheduled appointment on the one day I had off this week right before my appointment, I had already driven over there. Then, I missed my rescheduled appointment because I was sick and they charged my card because I missed it. And my appointment should have been free anyways since I HAD a membership. I feel like it was retaliation because I cancelled my membership due to my appointments being continually cancelled. The front desk worker that I spoke with about it was so rude, and had she not been rude I probably would have let it go in the first place. Now, I have emailed the manager as they requested below with no response. They called me during my work day, and when I called back they were rude again so I hung up. ALSO, one of the employees told me that their sewage line backed up and that they were rubbing poop water all over the customers because we had to walk barefoot through it to get to the massage table.
