Took my dad to get a pedicure. Had a 3pm appt. The tech refused him at first. I came inside and advised of the appt so they took him to a chair.
Didn't offer the pedicure of choice. Did a 13 minute toe nail clip and charged him 30.00. I have let them know I would never recommend them. I am a Licensed Cosmatologist and the treatment they gave him was horrible.
The other woman in the salon wasn't happy either. When her daughter came to pick her up she told her she wasn't happy so they had to fix her nails.
Moral of the review....go somewhere else if you want the service you pay for.

The most unpleasant salon I have ever experienced! They never smile and they are quite rude. Additionally, the service is just ok. The one towel that was used was warm at best. The 10 min massage that was incl in the pedicure was about 3 minutes and the entire pedicure lasted about 30-35 min! Not a happy camper!

Rachel was amazing, and revived my feet during my pedicure. You can tell the great relationship Happy Nails has with all their clients, greeting returning clients (who seem visibly excited to be back!) by name. Clean, relaxing, and professional -- would definitely visit again!

I live near here and was deterred by some of the negative reviews at first but I've been coming here for my last 5-6 fill ins and I really like this salon! Very peaceful and friendly environment. I'm always happy with my nails. No complaints from me.

Great spot in cobblestone area. They do get busy rather quickly. Good idea to call ahead. Try their jelly pedicure at least once!

Unfriendly! Walked in with my mother (75) who needed her nails trimmed. They refused the services. 3 nail techs sat in an empty salon without any business and wouldn't help us. Went to TN down the strip who were more than willing to take our money and were kind and friendly. Shame on you! NOT Happy! Rude-!

I visited here many years ago and was not happy. I decided to give it another try. The basic pedi is $28 which is lower than most salons. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. The nice lady skimped on the prep work. I got one hot towel vs. two for each leg, there was no massage, no paraffin wax, and the whole “experience” was rushed. Oh! And they painted my toes with my flip flops on-that’s a first. I will not be coming back. Nice people tho.
