Some people hate on Harbor Freight for thier quality (or lack there of) as far as tools go. Sure if you are a professional you may find yourself going elsehwere, but for me they more often have what I need when I need it.
My only issue is the customer service, is seems to be subpar no matter which location I goto. I know im not a difficult person to deal with, so why do I always get treated like im inconveniencing them when I have a question or a return?
