I'd been there once before. My second visit, I was recognized, and my purchase was remembered. In addition, I was told extra was ordered just in case because I mentioned how hard it was to find anywhere else. They have a loyal customer until I leave Florida. Absolutely best smoke shop I've been to. Plus exceptionally large and clean.

I've been coming to the shop since it opened. Great customer service every time I step through the door as well as range of products available. Recently I need to replace my vape. I was hooked up with a new vape, not just for myself but for my husband. They worked with me on my old vape and they were very knowledgeable about what would suit myself and my husband best. No problems with the vapes either. Definitely worth coming to this shop.

So my 1st visit was absolutely memorable and it’s all thanks to Havana Smoke Shop’s … Roman knew exactly what I needed and beat out all past competitors pricing! I was spending a ridiculous amount of time, travel and money on searching for a specific vape not many places carry…until I walked In here! Very much impressed with this place! Keep up the good work!!

Also a welcoming atmosphere employees are very knowledgeable and #1 customer service. Always a guaranteed laugh about something. Prices are very reasonable . Huge selection of inventory . I wish I could give this shop more stars…Jay is the man, the entire staff is always so helpful every single time I go in there. They definitely make you feel comfortable, and if they don’t have some thing they will find an alternative or at least provide you with a timeframe as to when they’ll have it back in stock. I come from the southside to the shop just because of the excellent customer service and the variety of their inventory
