I wanted to mention that our salesman John at the Atlantic Blvd. Location in Jacksonville was a pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly, personable, non pushy and jam packed full of helpful information. We were shopping for a twin bed for a spare room. We were so impressed with John we wanted to let the company know he's a huge asset to the store. It's hard finding customer service that's great anymore and John has great customer service. If I owned a company I'd want him as an employee. Two thumbs up!

We had agreed on a price for the furniture, or thought we did, when I went in to pay the down payment, they said no they agreed to the amount for a down payment. who would pay 11,000 for a down payment when the price was just above the price of the bedroom set, we had chosen. The furniture was exactly what we wanted. Too bad Haverty's wouldn't agree. Therefore, Haverty's lost a big sale

The sales consultant at the Havertys Furniture location: 9735 Atlantic BLVD, Jacksonville FL on 07-26-2025 displayed utmost professionalism, and was very attentive in showing merchandise(s) ….. I was interested in and purchased same day!!! He was customer friendly and engaged in conversation and addressed all questions in a timely manner!!! Great job‼️

John was our salesperson and made the whole experience of furniture shopping enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and not pushy. I wish we had started at Havertys first--we would have saved a lot of time.

Service on recurring leather was good the first 2yrs we had it through the store on Atlantic Blvd ,Jax .but now through this Guardsman
Plan Service is in the toilet and it Sucks , don’t buy as you will be sorry if you pay for this Guardsman plan and have to wait 30-45 days for resolution.

I visited several furniture stores that day, and this was by far the best experience. Kate was a great listener and seemed very knowledgeable about the furniture. When I returned to make a purchase, the process was very smooth, and I received the furniture shortly after with minimal issues. The delivery team did damage the finish on one item, but they were able to fix it on the spot. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this store.

John and Margarita helped us and worked hard to see what we liked. They also worked very well together. They helped us find a perfect sofa and chair that met our needs. THey were able to find a perfect pattern for the sofa and pillows that went with our style. They experience overall was very low pressure but we felt heard.
