Bought 2 Sectionals here and spent a lot of money. They didn't even last 2 years. Got the service plan as well and they were unable to fix both sectionals and sent me a check for barely 10% of the value we paid. What a rip off. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I absolutely love Haverty furniture. I furnished my home with their lovely furniture. Their customer service is superb and their Sales staff are great with assisting customers with choosing furniture. What I like the most is that they don't hassle or follow you in the store, they wait until you need help. That is supreme customer service.

Bill Hanrahan was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He worked with us and his store manager to get us the best deal possible for a dining table, chairs, and server and to keep us up to date with a delivery schedule. We are buying a new home and cannot take delivery right away and Bill set us up with a delivery date that suits our needs. The store is very nice. The furniture is well laid out and all personnel were very nice and helpful. It was a great experience!
