Sales person was very helpful and professional the only problem it was with the finance department the credit wasn’t denied but they don’t give you an explanation why it wasn’t approved we wasted a whole day at the store to walk out with out anything we wasted our time and the sales person’s time unacceptable

Don was wonderful. He didn’t hover but was available to answer any questions we had. The young lady that was the store decorator was AWESOME. She helped us blend all of selections with a great color palate.

Edit:Per the response, no, I'm not calling the manager. The manager had a chance to talk to me when she told the salesperson "no" when we were ready to buy an expensive sectional and a bunch of other furniture. We already purchased at another store who was happy to help us find what we needed.Maybe you should treat customers as if they actually matter.***This place is a joke.The salesman seemed like a good guy, but the "manager" is shortsighted and has no clue how to run a business.We have a large budget to buy a good amount of items, but we left before we even really got started. We loved two sectionals. The first was out of stock until mid-March, and the second was a floor model they were discontinuing.We decided we'll get the floor model. But, the manager refused to sell it to us because we couldn't have it delivered until 10 days from now. Didn't even bother coming out to talk to us or try and find some solution, just told the salesman "no."They want you to wait months for delivery when it's convenient for them, but they can't wait 10 days for you.We are not talking about "cheap" stuff here. It isn't Big Lots. Good luck to all the salespeople trying to make a living selling under this "manager."
