“We got our taxes done last Saturday, which I dreaded. Instead of using AARP taxes services, we used Real Sense through the United Way. Florida Blue partner with United Way To offer free tax services to low - and moderate income families. Your appointment was at 10 am, but we were nit seen until 11 am. No worries, coffee and water were supplied while we waited. Stevie and our team were wonderful doing the taxes and reverifying before being sent to the IRS. The taxes were done, and I owe uncle same over 2 grand. Not bad for a 1 hour wait! A couple of days ago, I came back for a class hosted by Florida Blue about Station medication. The nurse who presented was knowledgeable. I think I was the youngest in attendance. During the lunch and learn, we were treated to a salad, fig leaves, and a spinach roll. I ate so fast I forgot to take a picture. I am looking forward to possibly taking a class on mental health. Nit only dies the Florida Blue center offer tax return assistance and lunch and learn but also sponsor exercise classes free of charges to members and seniors. I am not a fan of Florida Blue insurance, but I am happy I got taxes done, checked, and ongoing classes to take care of my mental and physical state. Until next class, Florida Blue, adios for now!”

A representative worked with this issue for more than one hour and finally it worked perfectly.
