I honestly can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of the help these ladies gave me tonight. For them to listen, help me through the deciding and just be overall excited makes me so happy. Samantha and panelope were great and made me feel very comfortable and taught me a lot of great things trying to shop for my dream ring. They are very sweet. I stopped at several locations trying to find the right ring with my better half they cared and truly. And I give them an A++ and highly recommend them to anyone !!! Service was phenomenal. If you shop at the Avenues Helzberg you must let Jeshua be the sales rep that helps you. My Girlfriend got me a Figaro chain from this location and I was in love with it. We purchased it with my Helzberg Credit Card. Sad to say the chain snapped within a week due to a faulty link. I highly recommend always buying the lifetime warranty on whatever jewelry you choose for yourself. The experience made me realize I may need a bigger size in MM’s. Jeshua found one online that he thought I might like, and it was the one I was already looking at on my phone prior to calling him to tell him about the broken link lol. The dude knows his stuff, he is super kind and by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. He genuinely seemed like he cared about my experience and was saddened about the broken chain. So not only did he order me a new one with a bigger and stronger millimeter, but he added on an additional 15% off. Which made it roughly the same cost as the not so glamorous smaller chain I had originally chosen. All in all Jeshua and the experience at this jeweler is definitely a 10/10.Thanks Jeshua,-David

Today I bought my engagement ring from Penelope with the help of manager Samantha. Penelope was so sweet, didn’t make me feel pressured to get anything or make me feel uncomfortable trying on different options. When she found out my mom’s ring is from Helzberg she cleaned it while we were shopping! she She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The other jewelry stores didn’t explain their policies, payment options, and were focused on getting me to put money down asap, but Penelope was so forthcoming with all the details I didn’t even need to ask! When we had some technical issues with the payment due to my fiancé being in a different state both ladies were sooooo patient. I would 100% recommend this store and asking for Penelope! Thank you so much!

Jeshua help me with original purchase and first time was great experience another time I found myself on Difficult situation with a custom ring and he found a way to help me find a solution! I was in distress and feeling very frustrated and disappointed he was very patient and tolerant and understanding and now I am super excited again and hopeful that the new ring order will make e completely happy and be worth the hassle and frustrations.

They have no sympathy for anyone when you are out of work or in hospital. They will screw your credit and they are the highest interest baring credit card. Only credit that will never help but screw you

I caution all people from buying from this company. My husband and I were very clear we were headed to Japan when we got this ring. Within a year and half the ring bent and lost three stones. I had all the regular cleaning and have had many peace’s of jewelry in my life. I’ve never had issues with any before like this. Customer service in store was hit or miss we talked to some nice ladies. However once my ring lost the second stone and we were on our way to Japan they made it clear the only option was for us to pay to ship it and they wouldn’t do anything if it got lost in the mail. A month later it lost the third stone. They lady I talked with ask what I had been doing because it’s not easy to lose stones. No one has tried to do anything outside of offering to fix it if we pay to send it in. Im not usually someone that goes out of my way to leave bad reviews. This is my engagement ring and no one in customer service cares to help. I’ve heard many people have issues with their customer service. Please please be care. The rings are pretty but if you have an issue you are on your owni. The first stone we were able to replace. It lost two more within two months of each other. They also charged close to 3000 in store the ring is selling for 1700 on line

Nice store, friendly staff. Longer wait times and I bought an eternity diamond ring a few months ago and have now twice lost a diamond. So that’s rather disappointing. Thankfully I have the warranty but it’s a hassle to drive there and having to wait to have it repaired.
