My son and I went to the Main Library and to Sweet Petes, which both are located across from this park. At the park, there's music, art, Chess, a water mist tent my son treated like a water park on this hot day, plenty of space for him to run, an enjoyable, attractive grassy area and a nice change from all the downtown buildings. The Skyway is also right there next to the park. Nice time, as there are places to sit and things to see. A perfect place to chill, take your dog, take a break, to kill time to go to your next destination or a perfect walk through to just keep it moving.

I haven't felt so insecure in a long time ?.
Wanting to get to know the largest city in the state of Florida, we arrived at this point and, oh surprise, a park full of garbage, crazy people and with a very high feeling of vandalism and discomfort. Terrible ?
They have very nice buildings around them but most of them abandoned, I said that if it continues like this it will be a Detroit...
Not even churches are open on Sundays ?

Homeless ppl and the harassment makes it difficult to enjoy. I go thru park to get to work and it's a constant stress. There is security sometimes but it's not always helpful. I will say the city employees keep it clean
