Amber is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called w a concern and she laughed hung up on me and refused to give me the district managers contact info. The dressing rooms are extremely filthy and really should be taken better care of.

If I could give a 0 review I would. Every time I have to talk to a representative for an online purchase it is frustrating. A purchase made in November that I never received and they will refund my money on December 23rd even though it was their mistake. And they repeat the same thing like robots. They don't help at all, just read what they have written. That's what buying cheap gives.

For some reason it's always a little chaotic in this store. Their prices are good but i always have to do some searching to find something I like. I'm used to the European stores and feel like their selection is better. I also find it weird that you have to purchase a shopping bag if you need one. Really? You have to carry all your stuff out the store in your hands. That's questionable to me. If you want to save the environment get rid of the plastic bags and get yourself some paper bags like many o other stores have.

The clothes sold at H&My have gone down in my opinion. When they first open at our local mall, my daughter bought so many outfits there. Now she can't find anything she likes and neither did I.
