I purchased a new washing machine on Wednesday. When I left the store I noticed that I had been charged twice for the washing machine. One charge had already posted the 2nd was pending. I immediately called the store and they said if I had to reinsert my card that may happen but their system should recognize that it was not a valid charge. Give it 2 days and there should be a release of the charge. Friday morning I check my account and the 2nd charge had posted also. I once again immediately called the store. I was then told their system didn’t show a second charge! The man I spoke with was supposed to check another system and call me back. An hour later no call back. I called the store back. I was told that if I brought my card to the store they could check it that way. I do not live exactly close to the store. It’s about 25 miles away. I go to the store and they try my card then tell me that they haven’t charged me twice! Ok well let’s look at my account. See I was charged on Wednesday, then again on Thursday. I was told there is nothing they can do….what wait let’s call my bank. Yes, I put it on speaker so they could hear what is being said. My bank confirmed that yes there was a second charge paid to Home Depot. The man “helping “ said “well our system isn’t showing it so there’s nothing we can do!” I was given a corporate number to call but it’s only for automated information! The lady who was trying to help was I believe as surprised as I was at his response. Really makes me wonder if Mason needed a bonus and it came from my checking account!

They FIRED Deanna!! This was our favorite pro desk liaison. Our technicians will miss her. They fired her over something completely ridiculous to boot. It's funny how when I go into this place I constantly see managers being nasty to their subordinates and lazy. Don't even know how many times Deanna helped me with one of my questions when I needed help finding something. After finding out why they fired her. Our company and sister companies are no longer going to be shopping at Home Depot.
P.S. your new pro desk looks like crap. Whoever decided that new look needs to be fired immediately.

Horrible staff! Very un-helpful and especially slow at returns and check out. Too many staff standing around do nothing! DO NOT shop here! This was around 10:30am on 02 Mar 2025!

Do not order anything online from this store- either to pick up at this location or have it delivered. It’s been 2 months and FIVE reorders and each time they can’t get it right. First two times the item was the wrong size. The next three times it was broken. It’s a toilet, maybe write FRAGILE on it? Not sure why they can’t employ competent employees to fill and deliver orders. Unbelievably frustrating

What i don't need is the employees racial bigotry. I was attacked verbally with unprovoked intent toward a physical attack . Just because my skin is Caucasian. Currently exploring legal action.

I needed help in the lumber department and asked John to assist me. He was short and rude and pointed down the aisle with no more help offered. A kind stranger witnessed the whole thing and came to help me without asking. Employee John was also. Try rude to an older employee of color who was trying her best to assist costumers. John has zero customer service skills and would be better fit for McDonald’s

I despise this Home Depot also lem turner. both locations no one knows anything, no one wants to help they see you walking towards them and they walk off. Crappy attitude look like they’re just there for a check and to kill time. The only time someone ask you anything is about water softener . HOME DEPOT WHATS UP , tighten these locations up please.

Corporate got rid of all their cashiers and replaced them with self-checkout. Better for shareholders but now it’s a terrible experience for the customer and I loathe coming here now. Yay capitalism!

This review is aimed at the older guys who work in the lumber department. We needed assistance with getting two yes, two panels of fencing that are located right outside the store wall. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 fence panels due to them being locked up, and something heavy was on top of them. That was not the issue. The issue is that they placed a panel with 4 cracked boards on my trailer, and I noticed it, so I asked to exchange it. One of the taller older guy agreed that the board was damaged while the other kept complaining and arguing with me and my WIFE! About how that's how they come. As supply chain experts and logisticians know your suppliers can have a detrimental effect with your customers due to quality issues. So I advised to change fence suppliers then, and we continued to pick the best possible panels. Another thing that bothered me is, my wife is maybe 120lbs or less and with back problems, and we both had to pick up 6x6x12 heavy lumber while they stood there! With all respect, we all will retire at some point but don't put employees who are unable to assist customers with loading materials in an area where it's needed. Other than that we enjoy shopping at this store.
