Arrived at this location in such a terrible mood unable to find a portable heater. As we were checking out our cashier, Jayla offered the most excellent customer service experience in years!! She not only suggested a different alternative within our price range, which we decided to go with... She ROCKS!!

Boy this place has really gone downhill. The customer service is awful! Especially in the paint department. Today I stood there and waited while three employees walked around talking doing a whole lot of nothing behind the counterI. finally had to ask somebody if they were working at the order counter no one even acknowledge my presence and there was four other people standing behind me. I literally had to ask for help and point out that nobody was doing any work before someone even looked at me. The customers said good job for pointing it out they were tired of being ignored as well. Then after dealing with that I was blessed with standing in a very long line because there were no registers open all they had open was the self-service this is becoming a regular occurrence

Absolutely trash customer service. 80 something old lady insisted on scanning all of my items in cart. Told her ni thank you I've got it some items were heavier than they looked. She creeped me out so I took a walk and she followed me around store and proceeded to miraculously finish store duties just in time to stand 4 foor behind me while I checked out. Whe. I asked is there a reason she followed me around store she insisted it was her job and proceeded to ignore customers who were asking for her help at self checkpout. These people who assume wrong doing need to have a job watching cameras in the back.
