Came to the lem turner store at 7:45pm , parked in the building department, door close, next door closed, walked to the main door just to have to walk the legnth of the store to load 6 bags of sand, 4 guys sitting in tool area just chit chatting, same guys watched me push the cart, while I'm walking with a cane, pushed the cart to check out, not one employee offered to help, then pushed all the way back to my truck and loaded it myself, no offers to help, not one, again walking with a cane that they all saw, I will NEVER go back to Home Depot, always liked Lowe's better anyway.

Time ago inside a home depot you was needing to hide yourself from agents that keep asking you how they can help you, now is kind of hard to find who can assist you.

Came in to buy a shower. Couldn’t get the proper help. Left after 30 minutes. Will go spend our money elsewhere. Very disappointed at the service or should I say lack of!

Walked around for over an hrs trying to find a couple of plumbing reducer. Asked 3 people for help was told "not my dept, can't help you" . One employee finally told me "there was no one in plumbing", then walked off. I then saw the same employee sitting on a scooter at check out, laughing with the cashiers. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT ON THAT STORE AGAIN!!!! Too bad I can't give them a negative star rating

I despise this Home Depot also lane ave,both locations no one knows anything, no one wants to help they see you walking towards them and they walk off. Crappy attitude look like they’re just there for a check and to kill time. The only time someone ask you anything is about water softener . HOME DEPOT WHATS UP , tighten these locations up please.

I came in looking for some plywood for a project I'm working on and Nikki was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out the type I needed and took it to the front for me. I wasn't sure how I was going to transport it and she offered to help tie it to my car's roof, she ended up helping me load it into the back of my minivan. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience!

This store is terrible! The customer service people really sucks! I have been at this location a couple of times and I have not been treated with any respect. Every time I go to the customer service desk the women working behind the counter does not acknowledge you specially if you are a female. I always have to be standing and waiting for one of them to help and they act like they don’t see you, but if a guy walks right in front of you and goes straight to the counter they go ahead and help him. They don’t acknowledge the fact that you have been there waiting. It’s completely unfair and unprofessional. Unethical, completely rude and so unprofessional if you ask me. Every one should be treated equally and with respect. Management should definitely do something about it. You could walk around looking for someone to help you and no one will. One thing I could say is that the manager lady was very polite and helpful. She was able to assist me with my situation. Customer service females sucks at this location though!

Patricka worst manager I ever seen in my entire life. Never met someone as rude and nasty as her. Disgraceful to have someone with such character be a MANAGER for a store like Home Depot. Highly disappointed and actually shocked at her behavior and her attitude. Lack of empathy or even just a little respect. ABSOLUTE SHAME. Probably will never return to this Home Depot again, if not just staying away from the company overall. Don’t get the manager for any type of questions you may have, even if you’ve asked regular associates because she will ignore the on the walkie-talkie, pages on the intercom, everything. When the associate walks around the store, she finds Patricka in the break room, on her phone laughing, blantly ignoring her ringing WORK communication device. When she sees me, I smile and try to explain my question… She rolls her eyes, throws her hand up in my face, rapidly answer my question (that she heard us asking the entire time over the device) before I could even ask it, and storms out the room. I never felt so disrespected in my life, by anyone. Im wondering, do I know this woman? Have I done her harm in any way, for her to treat me like I am her enemy & not a valued paying customer. Shame.
