Victoria Padgett, is amazing! She went above and beyond, the best customer service I have ever recieved! She made a horrible experience into something worth remembering! That girl has a heart of Gold and I am so beyond thankful she was there. Home Depot at Oakleaf really struck gold with her!

The young lady, Meg' working the return desk today is very rude, and very unprofessional. The manager should have Meg back in training on how to be polite to customers. Home Depot personnel represent the store in a professional manner with the exception of Meg.

In the last couple of weeks, I have had multiple deliveries via the Home Depot (Oakleaf location) in Jacksonville Florida. Everything was delivered on time. This specific review is about the delivery & install crew. Just got the LG washtower model WKEX300HBA. So far, so good! The first load I did was a king size bed comforter. I figured if it can handle that, it can handle all normal loads. Let me talk about the delivery and install crew: they were fantastic & professional, and on time. They communicated to me throughout the process and they work as a team. No issues removing old appliances.

Paint department needs a little bit more training on helping multiple customers. Gave associate my paint and color sat there while he talked to a different customer walked back and forth and used his phone.. naquon could definitely use more training.

Went in for color matching for exterior house paint. Out the door with my gallon of paint 10 minutes later. Great match to my existing paint. I don't shop Home Depot, preferring Lowe's instead, but if a home improvement store's paint mix machine is down six weeks, they are pushing me to do business elsewhere.

Great but again to avoid crowds go around 10 in the morning on weekdays..After that it tends to get more crowded.
