Kathy at the register was very rude today. I asked the price of an item that was unmarked, once she gave me the price for an entirely different item I declined getting the item due to it being much more expensive, and she mumbled under here breath that I didn’t care about the price check and chucked the dog clothing item behind the counter and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I understand cashiering can be stressful but if you lack the tact and manners to work with the public, you shouldn’t work as a cashier. I am highly disappointed in this experience.

drove 45 minutes because an employee said she put a blanket on hold for me. got there and she never did. manager claimed she would hold and call me when it came in and she didn’t. even complained to the store manager and she didn’t care either. their customer service is horrible and this location has a weird smell

Awesome customer service and very patient and nice employees. Joan was awesome and patient as my bank declined my card for fraud and i had to call them to tell them it was me. It was. A nightmare and she was so -patient

I was used to go to this store every time I needed a different decoration for my daughters rooms. Unfortunately they dont have kids section anymore :(
