Just purchased a rug, couch, and table, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my items or the process. Ryan was so kind, helpful and efficient! He works so fast and had all my items to the front by the time I checked out. Maria at the register was so sweet and helpful as well. Great employees, great prices, and great home decor. Used my TJX rewards card, to earn reward $$$. Love HomeSense!

Whenever I go in, I look for Melissa. She's always smiling and so helpful and kind! When most employees in most stores nowadays ignore you, Melissa always makes eye contact and smiles and is eager to engage. She makes me look forward to going in. I wish I knew her schedule! haha.

Great store! So much stuff, but all relative and very nicely displayed. Will go back a bunch as I’m looking for an area rug and 4 to 6 dining room chairs. Stuff moves quickly. New stuff daily.

Unfortunate experience with manager Jennifer. Had a situation with a purchase d/t no tags. She was very dismissive wouldn't make eye contact and when trying to speak with her she kept walking away saying 1 word. She told us she couldn't assist us until she dealt with a semi truck in the back. 5 minutes later she was helping other customers. was not treated very well by her. 3 stars came from the other manger Alda who came and saved to clean up the mess.

Horrible experience with an assistant mgr there named Alda. I tried several times to diffuse the interaction and she kept escalating, raising her voice at me and being incredibly disrespectful. All over a return that should have been seamless as I had the receipts and paid for the transaction with the store credit card. Have been to this store several times and have never had such terrible interaction with an individual that is supposed to provide service.

Very similar to Home Goods. Most things are still expensive for what they are. Think I like Home Goods better.

Whenever I try to return something at this location, the employees make a big deal out of it if you don’t have a receipt. It’s not right. The store policy is store policy. You shouldn’t be discriminated against for trying to return items and need to feel uncomfortable!!!! Employees have no respect for customers anymore these days.

This place is a little unlike Homegoods. I’d say it’s far more organized and has a larger selection per section— think At Home. However, you never know what you’ll find. I urge you to explore and check it out, especially if you’re looking for multiple, specific things. You might be surprised! I came in looking for a SMEG toaster… looked all over the place, and ended up roaming the clearance aisle. Found one for an excellent price— more than 50% the retail price (dinged up packaging but everything inside is intact).
Homesense is HUGE, so be patient while you search! Oh, and come with a budget! Many tempting things will be spotted along the way.
